Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed.
Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 21st
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 10/13–11/3, balconies on the east side will be pressure washed, prepped, and painted (walls & ceilings only, floors will not be painted).
• Balconies cannot be used during washing, prep, or painting, and must remain closed for 8 hours after painting is complete.
• A discount will be applied for any day your balcony is unavailable.
From 11/3–11/21, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected.

Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. Each unit has one covered parking spot. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels! Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. 4th of July stay
This condo was perfect for our week stay! We loved watching dolphins from the balcony as well as being just steps from the beach. There was plenty of room for the four of us and everything needed was provided! We would definitely stay again!

Great holiday getaway
Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Great location, loved the beach views from the 6th floor, plus the heated pool! Fully equipped with everything you'd need for a family beach vacation, with plenty of space. This is our family's third time staying at the Indian Harbour Beach Club and we definitely look forward to returning again next December!

Laid Back Beach Vibes
Several families stayed at this complex for a week. Everyone has a great time. Beach was not crowded and there was plenty to do. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and well stocked. Complex staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location!
This place is in a great location in an area that I would call the best kept secret. The beach & the pool were not at all crowded. There are great places to eat nearby. The view from the balcony DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! And to top it all off - the place is packed with things that you always try to remember to bring & forget or you don't have room for. There are beach toys for the kids, chairs for the beach, bucket for crabbing or collecting shells, box fans in each room, board games, card games & the list goes on! I have never been to a place that was that had that much stuff that was so useful!! The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, bathing suits & beach towels! Thank me later ;)

Perfect Graduation Stay
My family and I came to attend my daughters graduation from Florida Tech, we choose this property for its proximity to the University and the Ocean and based on our first experience with the property as this was our second time staying at the property.
In regards to the property, the location can’t be beat the units are right on the ocean, my wife and I took morning walks on the beach and my kids enjoyed swimming in the ocean. The beach area is not crowded at all it was only other guests that were there. There is a swimming pool as well that we enjoyed whether swimming or just laying out.
In regards to the unit it was nicely furnished, it had everything we needed for our stay from towels, dishes and utensils and appliances. We very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean waves.
In terms of the staff I can’t say enough of how friendly and accommodating they were. We lost our key to the unit in the ocean and the other key was locked in the unit, it was after hours and the office was closed for the day so I called Cindy to let her know what happened, she came over in 10 minutes and was able to help us get back into the unit. Even though it was after hours and we pulled her from what she was doing she was very nice and helpful. Kudos to Cindy and the staff.
Overall a great place to stay if you are in the Melbourne / Indian Harbour area.

Vacation heaven
The condo was very clean. I tried to leave it as clean as I found it.
The views are amazing I can’t wait to return!
We saw a dolphin the first and only night from our porch!
Saw 2 rocket launches from the porch in a week time!
A bird flew past our heads carrying a fish and eating it! Wish could of gotten a picture of it!
The views alone is just amazing! Hope we can go back again soon.
