I’m2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo on 4th floor tastefully decorated. 1 king and 2 single beds. 1,350 SF with two sliders to large ocean front balcony. Located in Indian Harbour Beach, on A1A, 10 minutes from MLB airport. Close to shopping and many excellent restaurants, a nice selection within walking distance. Take a day trip to Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Disney, Universal, Vero Beach all within an hours drive,or just enjoy the tranquility of this beautiful sandy beach and pool. Fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in living room and TV in master and guest room. Free internet, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and towels, heated beachside pool with deck chairs. Great location just minutes from Indian River and Banana River for kayak and boat rentals. Golf courses a short drive away along with tennis and pickleball courts 5-10 min away.
Watch SpaceX launches from the comfort of our balcony. Short drive to famous Ron Jon surf shop, botanical gardens, Avenue Viera shops, Brevard Zoo, and so much more. Concrete work being done . North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed.
Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 21st
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 10/13–11/3, balconies on the east side will be pressure washed, prepped, and painted (walls & ceilings only, floors will not be painted).
• Balconies cannot be used during washing, prep, or painting, and must remain closed for 8 hours after painting is complete.
• A discount will be applied for any day your balcony is unavailable.
From 11/3–11/21, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. We had a great time. The space was just enough for us. Very large master bathroom with vanity. We lived the view from the kitchen and the bedroom and enjiyed the spacious balcony!

Short getaway

Nice time with granddaughter over spring break
Aside from checking in an hour late, due to previous renter getting out late in morning, and the pool closing for last 3 days of our 9 night stay, everything was very nice. 7-yr old granddaughter loved the ocean, and location great near dining options and back & forth to Orlando airport & Disney.

Great weekend!
We were visiting area because our son was getting married and this condo was the perfect place. Right on the beach and easy assessablity to groceries and restaurants. It was really big and gave us plenty of space. If we come back next year for Thanksgiving we will definitely rent again.

Good stay and excellent value
We were pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly what was shown on the pictures. The registration process and check in was flawless. We arrived after hours and had no problems getting our keys and getting into the unit. We have a great view of the beach/ocean and the property is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, etc. More than enough utensils, pots/pans and dishes. We would definitely return in the future.

Great location, great owner
Karen was great, easy to communicate with and answered quickly. We were actually in town for a medical emergency and Karen worked with us to get us in early.
The condo is clean, in a great location, and the view is wonderful. Would love to stay again when we could take advantage of all there is to offer!

Peaceful getaway
The condo is large and very nicely decorated. The beach is beautiful. It is a great spot for a peaceful vacation.
