Clarion Pointe Indianapolis Northeast

The dining area was wonderful and the breakfast was generous and had good variety. The dining area and front desk looked very fresh and new. The room was clean and the bathroom seemed to be very updated. One small improvement which wouldn't cost much would be to replace the drapes. They were stained and wouldn't close completely. Staff was very efficient and helpful

Very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was frugal, but it's a motel anyway. Great stay

The property was clean, rooms well maintained and very quiet. Perfect for rest and convenient to restaurants and other needs.

Was unable to stay as a show I had reserved it for was postponed so I was only in need of Sunday then got there and was not given the room I reserved. Will never book this place again

The place was dirty as soon as I pulled up to my room, I felt a hypothermic needle right next to my car was asked for a security deposit when nothing was stated our entire group she asked half of us for security deposit didn’t ask the other half try to be polite when speaking to the desk clerk no response Continental breakfast means more than just waffles, fruit and yogurt. We travel a lot and we like staying in Clarions but this experience has been the worst ever

Lady at the front desk was very nice. For the most part the hotel was clean. The carpets needed cleaning. No funky smells. The beds were comfortable. Pillows just the way we like them. We would stay again.

Looks like they tried to update it - but grout/painting jobs left a little to be desired. Continental breakfast - besides make your own waffles - had no hot options. Experience was "passable" - but could have been better.

Room was nicer than expected. AC and heat worked fine. Only real negative was the hallways had a funky odor almost like mold. Seemed stronger closer to the elevators and ice machines so may be coming from there. Was surprised by quality of the room after experiencing that in the hallway though. Staff was also excellent both the team when we arrived and when we left. Very polite and accommodating.
