The sheets were washed but stained upon arrival. The front desk staff provided a clean set to remake the bed.

Bed seemed clean enough, however the floor was very dirty in the room. The bathroom was in shambles and the shower wall panels were broken and the silicone was peeling away where a quick fix was attempted. I travel frequently for work and this is by far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.

I wasn't able to check in at the check in time, 3pm, because my room wasn't clean and ready. I had to leave and come back after appointment i had to check in.

They just need to redo their bathrooms badly. We liked this hotel and will stay again because the rooms are spacious and clean. But the bathrooms could have been cleaner and they're practically falling apart.

Everything needs TLC. All of the gym equipment was broken in some way, there was rust in the bathtub, the shower curtain was ridiculous - the bar was a U shape so the curtain fell to the middle and only covered about a third of the shower. The staff was nice enough. There were stains on the bed linens and the carpet was pretty dirty.

Hotel amenities include friendly staff, poor maintenance, and obvious neglect. Room amenities may include unidentifiable staining on carpet, walls, and ceilings! Your room may also include custom shattered and loose tile, partially attached sink bowl, unusual stains in the shower, and a leaky toilet that refills every 2 minutes on queue! The hotel also boasts exceptional sound resonance through walls and doors! It's low quality construction means more abrupt noises to help you sleep! Your room should also come equipped with severely worn furniture, appliances, questionable linens, and a scent only commercial cleaners, bleach and body odor can provide! Hotel Entertainment includes hours of games such as: "Name That Stain", "What's that noise?", "Smell or Dare", "Ring around the ceiling", and shows like "Who's job is it anyway?", "Hotel Nightmares", "This Old Hotel", and "Mystery Crumb Theatre"!! Don't miss out or you won't be sorry you did!!
