Hyatt Place Indianapolis Downtown

it ok but in the beginning at check in and check out the front desk said should be pay!!! How !!! I don’t know in the end and after discussion with hotel management It turned out that the reception staff did not know that the payment was made by a third party and that my card was different from the travel agency's card. It was sad and they made me tired with them. Add that the room was overlooking a basketball court and a public street, and it was the worst days of the trip, so I couldn't sleep peacefully.

Very clean, comfy beds and straight across the street from the stadium! Definitely will be back

Property is clean, it has everything u need pool, gym and a tiny store for ur needs. The breakfast is good specially the potatoes. The hotel is near restaurants and a cvs pharmacy if u need anything. The hotel is well staffed and everyone is willing to help. I must say tho Jordan was amazing she helped us get into our room as soon as she could. She was amazing for that we had just gotten off a red eye flight.

Amazing!! I highly recommend if visiting Indianapolis. Extremely clean, staff so welcoming and the rooms spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable…I was impressed. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit again.

Clean hotel. Very secure. They would make sure only people that had a paid for room were allowed in the hotel after hours. Only issues we had was the tv in the room was not fully working. Only about 4 or 5 channels would actually work. But besides that it was very clean, and very close to both stadiums for any events. Walking distance to both.
