Clarion Inn & Suites Northwest

Great location off the interstate. Hotel was clean. Staff was great.

The room had not been cleaned thoroughly and the window was left slightly open from the previous guests which was not noticed. Only other complaint was that breakfast did not have many choices and was not well stocked.

The room was not clean at all especially the bathroom. The front door handle of the bathroom was broken as well as the shower water handle. The trash cans were ugly, stained and dirty. They used a pen as a handle for the toilet roll paper. The hallway to the bottom floor rooms was not vacuumed. Shampoo/body wash, conditioner and lotion were cheap. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel during the Men’s College basketball Final Four tournament. The hotel was great value and transportation in and out of Downtown was not too expensive. The room was very clean and everything worked fine. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of a room safe. There is not much in the area in terms of restaurants but downtown Indianapolis is a $20 ride away. Most of the staff we encountered were nice. If I ever find myself in the area again I would stay there. They also have breakfast and an indoor pool but we didn’t use either.

Rooms and hotel hallway are smelly, like musty carpet. Water pressure was low and only got warm after “heating” up. Room and hotel was dated. Check in staff were friendly. Would not stay again.

Pool was ice cold. We survived about 20 minutes and basically suffered the whole time we were in there. A pool was a must for us with 4 kids. Room had no extra pillow or sheets for sofa bed. Requested them from front desk Front desk would not give us pillows and gave us sheets that were far to big for the sofa sleeper. Hot water ran out quick. Was unable to rotate our kiddos through to rinse off and warm up after the pool before water was Luke warm. Microwave had a grimey feel to it when pushing buttons. Small sink under mic did not have water. Husband had to mess with plumbing underneath to get it to work. (Tried this sink because we could not get hot water in bathroom sink). Fridges have no freezer compartments and are very old. They did not even have the knob to set it to the temp you would like. Rooms seemed fairly clean. If not using the pool sofa couch or needing a hot shower it wouldn't be the worst place to stay. But if needing those I'd recommend choosing else where.

It was located where fuel and food were easily available. There was a great Mexican restaurant nearby easy accessible to interstate.

It was clean quiet and the staff were great at there jobs and pleasant to work with while I stayed at this location. I had to checkout earlier than expected but other than that I would recommend staying here there’s a great Mexican restaurant close by Mexi taco grill that was delicious.

Nice area, clean, convenient, friendly, comfy beds, older building but kept up well. Free breakfast had a good selection.
