Front desk was minimally staffed. One person when there was a wedding party coming in as well as regular guests. Hard to stay up to speed with the “extra” questions or needs that occur. 2 separate elevators went out at different times. Is it wear and tear or maintenance issues?? Again busy time frame, bad timing. Bar service in lobby area very good.

I booked a hotel for the first time and when I arrived, it was nothing like the photos. The hallways leading to the room were dirty, number one. Number two, when I got to the room, it smelled musty, really damp, so I had to go to the lobby and ask for another room. They switched it for me, but again, the hallways were filthy, just disgusting. I don’t think this place should even have five stars. And when I finally got to the room, I couldn’t even close the windows because all the curtains were falling down, so I couldn’t sleep well. I called the staff and told them I needed to stay until noon to get some rest. But at 11, someone knocked on the door saying I had to leave because they had rented the room again. I told them I had left a note saying I’d check out at noon, and they said the check-out time was 11. I told them I needed until noon, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The bed was okay, but the building felt old, and I really didn’t sleep well. They really shouldn’t post pictures that don’t match reality.

Arrived at 3p rooms not available clerk stated she would upgrade room but looks like a regular room to me

We had an early morning flight and had to leave at 0400 for the airport the valet had the car up and waiting for us at that hour!

We went to a concert at the Indiana Pacers Stadium, which was right across the street, a 3-5 minute walk, great location.

Our stay was great, check in staff was wonderful, cleanest downtwn you ever seen
