I wish I had read the reviews before booking a room here. We were visiting my mother in-law because she was in bad health. During our first night stay we discovered that our room 215 was infested with bed bugs!! I woke up to bite marks on my legs, arms, and back.

Every time i visit Indianola i stay here. The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable..

Easy access, clean rooms, good quality towels and bedding, good choices of cable channels. Breakfast was great, but they only had pork . The said that he look into adding some turkey biscuits to the menu. Great service, highly recommend.

The place needs to be closed by the board of health. There was stains that looked like blood on the sheets. Ants, roaches, and bed bugs everywhere! You couldnt turn off the lights or put anything down. The toliet leaks the bathtub doesnt work the rooms are filthy.

The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable! We had no trouble checking in and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

Not very clean items from past guest still floating around…. I had more than one room. Pool was not available. Yet, on there sign outside and on site to get there in a Record number heat weave with 6 kids…

The stay was good for the most part and staff was prompt and attentive to any problem that occurred. And the pool wasn’t open due to repairs.
