Very bad car shop, motel, especially poor attitude at the front desk

Staff was pleasant but the room was terrible. The property is being renovated, so there is construction and storage containers all over the lot. At night parking was packed, no spots due to containers blocking spots. The room was old, the door was sanded, as though it was being prepped for paint, the furniture was chipped, the pillows were the sizes of chiclets. The towels were old and thin. The closet rod and towel rods were bent and damaged. I paid premium hotel rates, over $300 a night. Travel the extra 5mins and stay at a Courtyard. Total rip off. Never staying at a Quality Inn again.

Soooooo valuable option. We stayed for one night at $95. This place includes nice breakfast, has pools and fitness gym. It’s also close to the park

This hotel is 50 feet from Interstate 10. There was so much road noise that I couldn't fall asleep.

Mostly good...door jam looked like it had been kicked in at some point in history and could see daylight about 9 inches up side of door on the bottom that could easily let bugs crawl in. Typical complementary breakfast stuff...no potatoes semmed a little odd

Unfinished paint on doors, dust and debris all over room, electrical and cable outlets uncovered. We asked to be switched to a different room that ended up being in even worse conditions than the first after being assured it was "quality checked" by housekeeping. My guest had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and move to another room because he found the conditions to be uninhabitable.

When i got to the property no one was at the front desk. I said hello several times. No one answered. I walked around repeatedly saying Hello. About 15 minutes later another gentleman came and eaited with me. We both stood there another 10 minutes. A man finally came from the back. I canceled my reservation and went to the next hotel.

Rooms are being remodeled, so some of the doors on the inside of the room are marked for repainting my friends room the latch to lock the door didn’t even latch that heater in my room. It was controlled by the thermostat on the wall instead of putting something there it looks like you can control it on the unit itself.
Checking out was a total disaster when you use a cash deposit I’ve never run into a person that was more rude than the counter person that was checking me out. She was terrible. I argued with her and she was so rude. Never again the food was cold there. The scrambled eggs was cold. They ran out of coffee. It was just this place used to be so nice and now It’s terrible.
