Coming here past 5 years and experience is just excellent. Take it food or hygine or service be it in room or at dining hall. Best breakfast with different varities . Located in middle of city and all good area are nearby. Over all good experience.

Hotel is centrally located with an easy access to the most places. One may find taxis or auto rickshaw easily by just stepping out of the hotel. Room and washroom was very clean, hygienic. Room was spacious. I didn't dine in for the breakfast as I was getting late but I checked breakfast at the restaurant. Breakfast spread was looking great and tempting. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Please provide on time support to customer for cleanliness, 3 time I told to staff that please take lunch plates and clean the room but no one come on time. Other facilities are good and I am satisfied. Thanks.

Great location , Excellent place to stay, very cardial & caring front desk Excellent food & Restaurant staff . Good ambience & Facilities . Fitness center facilities for work out. House keeping staff provided excellent service , Nice Room & work station facility.

Small rooms, clogged bathrooms, electricity issues, Worst hotel Worst hotel I have ever experienced, A hotel with very very small rooms and clogged bathrooms, they don't even have a proper electricity system, in case of powercut you will end up spoiling your nights as their Generator hardly works. Very very poor ***agement

Safe, refrigerator, and hot water all had to be fixed. My plan was not to sit around watching them do work in my room. Hot water took 4 days to get working. There is a loud speaker somewhere near the place that ran some nights until midnight with some religious message in hindi. I had wear ear plugs in the room and still could not drown it out. This was not every day but more than once and it went on for hours on end.

This hotel needs to redeem it's glory back. It was a nightmare and complete disaster. I have stayed in best western in US and they were fine,but indore was pathetic stay. Please try redeeming your glory back
