Staff is very courteous and polite. Service levels are also good, requests were actioned in no time. Bathroom had a foul sewage smell, almost unbearable. Last night, there were frequent power trips, guest elevator was not working, had to climb 6 floors up and down. Prachi, Yasmin ans other reception staff were fantastic.

I stayed at Ginger Indore and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were a little small, but they were neat and well-kept. The breakfast was very tasty with good options to choose from. The hotel also provides smoking rooms, which can be convenient for those who need them. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is in a nice area, with easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a short and comfortable stay in Indore

Hotel management was confusing as we had face issue after booking room and verifying it on call at the last moment they said your room had been cancelled and then while staying in room we called at reception for extra water bottle but they didn't gave. However the housekeeping was good personally Dharmendra and Sachin these two were the only staff which were attentive and active so we only had good experience with them

I stayed at Ginger Hotel and was really impressed with the room cleanliness. The housekeeping team did an excellent job—everything was spotless, the bed linen was fresh, and the bathroom was well maintained.

S chauhan helped maintain the cleanliness of the rooms 014 and 016, All furnishings were freshly replaced everyday and washrooms were cleaned nicely as well.

Room 217: The hotel staff especially was very polite and always eager to help. The stay was better because of such staff.
