I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and experience was good hence always tried to stay here. This time 23-25 october 2024, experience is very much unsatisfactory. 1. Morning i had to take shower in cold water as in shower hot water wasn't coming. Complaint for same and result was in evening was getting only hot water as the shower knob wasn't working i had to call housekeeping at 11pm. 2. Breakfast spread reduced specific to continental breakfast. 3. Even after requesting to keep check out ready well in advance, i had to wait for supporting bills for about 10 mins at the time of check out. 4. In room dining quantity of food reduced and wasn't sufficient for me, which wasn't the situation earlier. Overall i felt that this hotel is trying to cut it's cost. As per cleanliness this is one of few hotel one can trust blindly.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel is in a prime location. The staff is very good. Priya and kamal were very helpful and cooperative. The hotel is very clean, they also have an excellent inhouse restaurant. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended

Stayed in sarovar portico on 17th october 2024 on vacation. Location of the hotel was good. It was a busy area. It was on regal square. Restaurant was satisfactory. The check-in service is satisfactory. Staff friendly. Room satisfactory. No major issues.
