I recently booked this hotel based on the reviews but it would appear that there is a very poor approach to dealing with unhappy guests. After booking I had noticed that whilst the hotel claimed to have a swimming pool, they infact do not and instead they offer a guest card that gives a discount at the local swimming pool. Not the same experience in my book. I contacted the hotel and proposed a reduction on the room rate. Sadly no response after 3 emails over a few weeks. To my surprise this morning I received a reservation cancellation - No explanation what so ever, no options or counter to my enquiry. So when things don't work out with this hotelier or you challenge something, you should be mindful of what to expect. Possibly a random cancellation, leaving you having to quickly find something else.
