The hotel is located in amazing location nearby Thun lake , we took the shuttle bus from Interlaken west to hotel within 25 minutes , you will not feel boring as best view of interlaken and lake views.
We arrived in hotel at 2:30pm, the lady in reception told us the room is not ready and it will be ready before 3pm. We knew that is normal as we have the same during treveling everywhere. Sometime you get room earlier and some time a bit late. We decide to wait since it is close to 3pm anyway. Another lady came to us around 2:50pm and apologize for the room will be only ready in another 30 minutes , she provide 2 free drink vouchers and we accept as it happen sometimes anyway. 30 minutes passed very fast , nobody notify us if the room is ready. So i back to reception and ask the lady and what shock me is the answer. "The room is still not ready yet but my colleague already provide some free drinks to you." I hold myself back and told myself it is hotel manager fault not giving proper training. Anyway, we got our room key around 4:30pm , room has a bocony with very good view , but not clean as it supposed to , it is not up to normal standard in Europe specially in Swiss. You can smell the carpet , hair on the bed sheet , yellow stain on the bathroom glass door. @hotel management , please do something as your hotel drag down the Swiss hotel score.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, restaurant staff are friendly, but others just so so. The facility of this hotel is terrible, I got the worst sleeping for the whole trip. Never gonna recommend it to anyone. If you are considering this hotel, trust me, you definitely gonna have big regret!

The view from the hotel is amazing! The room type we booked is very suitable for family travel! There are so many blockbuster photos taken around the hotel!
