Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous.
The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view…
The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options.
The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁
Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel.
The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby.
Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable…

I reserved one queen bed room and is mentioned one the room type but they assigned me is still are twin bed.
Room is old and no amenities.
No minibar in room but you can do the natural freezer if you are travel during winter time .
This hotel is not recommended.

Unable to travel due to lost of passport in Italy. Hotel management not allow to cancel the booking

Location was super good, very close to the Interlaken Ost. The breakfast was so-so. The room was big but the facilities were vintage

The hotel is in a nice location-not far from the park where paragliders land, and it is right on the main street. The Interlaken Ost Banhof is al just a few meters away, making it very convenient to travel. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variations. The staff were all nice as well. The room is kind of old with the floor creaking when you walk, but is well- maintained.

Great hotel with a great view. Big rooms & crazy location. Breakfast could’ve been better. Everything else was perfect.
