Swiss Hotel Apartments - Interlaken

too poor! ! Book after reading! cautious! This is the most expensive, worst and most deceitful apartment hotel I have ever stayed in Interlaken, Switzerland. It has nothing but a large square meter. There is no one on duty, no one to serve, and no one can even be found on the phone. I thought it was a 5-star apartment hotel with a score of 4.5 or more on the Ctrip platform, so I didn't look carefully when booking. The room is 1.8w RMB per night, and its facilities are the domestic three-star standard. And the most irritating thing is that there is no one on duty at all, no one is serving, and there are a lot of broken rules. If you don’t put the used tableware in the dishwasher, and don’t put the garbage in the garbage bag, you will be fined 250 Swiss francs. After 12 o’clock Check out will be charged for the whole day. On the day of departure, someone will knock on the door and urge you to leave the store before 10:00 in the morning. And if unfortunately your room card is degaussed, you can't even get in the door. (In the evening, I met a family who waited at the door for more than an hour and couldn't get in because the room card was demagnetized and no one could be contacted). There are also quilts, pillows, beds, room furnishings, and none of the furniture standards can be regarded as 5-star. In Switzerland, a hotel apartment like this can be characterized as a fraud (Switzerland’s hotel service industry is world-renowned). It is strongly recommended that Ctrip platform remove the hotel apartment to avoid more Chinese people being scammed. It's just too rubbish, I advise everyone to book carefully! ! ! Because once a reservation is made, there will be no refund, even if you request to leave the store early, you will be charged the full amount. This is the worst stay experience I have ever had in Switzerland! !
