"We stayed in a deluxe room for 2 days. Room & washroom were exceptionally clean. Geyser and heater were working very well. Quality of bed, linen, furniture all were very good. Location is close to mall road but an extremely stiff climb which will be difficult for most people who are not supremely fit physically. There are many steps to climb in the hotel itself where there is no lift. View: mall road and valley below is visible partly but in our room a big tree obstructed what would have been a great place to watch sunset. Restaurant: is available as also food ordered by room service but we ate in the several restaurants in mall road like chopsticks, alfa, book cafe etc, so cannot comment on food quality. Service: of personnel is nice and responsive. We asked for mattress, they provided folding bed with all bedding & blanket. Overall excellent hotel but the steep climb is a dampener."

"Great place. Perfect location, it's a nice walk to city center. Rooms are beautiful and confortable. The hotel is very well maintained for a heritage property. Pool area is very pleasant. Breakfast is good (only the toested bread is very cheap quality). We had very nice dinner with local specialities. I recommend."

"We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway, and overall, I was impressed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bed was cozy, and the amenities were decent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We had lunch there,the food was very tasty, and the service was prompt.morning breakfast awesome with lots of verities for kids as well. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's a great value for the price."
