There is a lower covered patio area with a gorgeous, comfy sofa, 2 comfy chairs, cocktail and end tables from the Great Escape! 6 Adirondack chairs and an over sized picnic table that would seat 8 easily. Right near the patio area is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. All of this is facing the lake!! You will have your very own private pier to fish from, swim from, read a book on or simply pull your boat up to. Includes everything you need: linens, washing machine and dryer, gas grill, full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, can opener, wine opener etc...etc. This home truly offers every amenity! The landscape includes many, various perennials, ornamental grasses and mature trees.
