The kitchen boasts all new appliances making cooking a breeze! Located around the corner from the kitchen is a laundry room and bedroom with a queen sized bed. Up a few steps is the 900 square foot main living area. This area includes two couches, one loveseat, chase lounge, electric fireplace, and 65” smart TV. Also in the living area is a large dining table that seats 6 comfortably with room available for more. This area is great for playing cards/games or crafting with a large group of people.Down the hallway is a full bathroom that has access to the pool. This bathroom includes locker storage for your items while you swim. The Pool:Enjoy the highlight of the house, an indoor heated pool!! Perfect for all to splash and play! The pool can be accessed from the kitchen or hallway. Indoor access points have locking doors and alarms available for your use. Pool is 4 feet deep, no diving.
