"The hotel is located above a path and very quiet. The hotel is in the kind of trendy style, almost no wood, the room is very compact, the heating and hot water are sufficient, and overall it feels very warm.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family.

"Book with caution. It was great for what we needed & the in-room kitchenette was nice, but 2/3 stays they charged mystery charges that I had to question. They ended up reversing the charges. The last time, the $10 incidentals hold stayed on my card for 4 weeks. I don't believe the hassle is worth the low room rate. For a hotel that's only a year old, I had to inform the front desk on 1 stay that coat hook was defective & the toilet wobbled when you sat down (uneven tile floor should have had shimmed toilet). There is very little sound proofing & the 2nd stay it sounded like elephants overhead with children's voices until midnight (despite contacting the front desk). I won't be back."

Blue Grass Airport is 14 miles away. There are several restaurants and shops within a mile of our hotel, plus an IMAX movie theater.
"The room is large, the kitchen, living room and bedroom are clearly partitioned, fully equipped and very new, the shower is spacious, the water is sufficient, and it is very comfortable. Because I had to catch a plane, I didn't eat breakfast that was served at 7 am on Sunday. The two staff members encountered were friendly and patient and helped solve any problems. Personally think there is room for improvement, there are hairs on the toilet and desktop, the noise from various equipment is heard in the room, no bottled water and body lotion."

"The room was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and pillows. Always a must. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Great, convenient location. The only downside, which I don’t believe the staff could have predicted, was the continental breakfast one day was over crowded and the staff could not replenish effectively. At one point there was over 30 people with half standing in line for food at 9:15. Service ended at 9:30. However the staff kept the area clean and tidy. You would never have known that many people swarmed that area in 15 minutes."

"I have always liked this hotel. The sister who served breakfast was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good. There were hot food, fruit and waffles. There is Walgreens supermarket next to it, kogrer supermarket in the back, happy panda Chinese food opposite, and a nail shop, which is located at exit 7 is my favorite location. Free parking"

AAndersonStefanieWe stayed here for the first time on a family road trip to Michigan from Georgia. The location was convenient to the 64 and 75 and pretty easy to find at night.
Since we arrived after midnight and checked out before 9 am, we didn't see much of the property beyond the lobby and our room. Both were very clean and orderly. The room was spacious and worked for us (double room). I like that I was able to request extra pillows.
My only critique is that there were strong orders in the doorways. They could have been attributed tocleaning products but they were unpleasant. That's being said, this would not deter me from looking with them again.

Only crummy part was our door key didn’t work trying to get into our room on the 3rd floor and we had to make multiple trips to the front desk with non working keys before they decided to switch our room. Kinda tiring after a long day of driving. Everything was wonderful other than that. Lots of food options and gas stations around.

LLori FoustMy dead bolt did not work and my swing bar lock was broken. Got in late so not until next morning did I notice the door was damage from outside and you could see the inside mechanisms. The refrigerator door barely closed due to the ice build up. The curtains had holes to let in light — not the best impression

牛牛顿顿Laiwu is on the east, there is a Wal-Mart supermarket nearby, there is a parking lot, there is an indoor gym, and the transportation is convenient. It is a fate. I live here on the first day, and rent a house is not far away. The next Wal-Mart is going to go once a week. .
