What a gem! We recently purchased this property and have been working hard to get it ready for our guests. We have been in the nightly rental business since 2003 and we know how to make our guests comfortableIf you like to Fish, Kayak, Swim, Boat, or just need a relaxing few days you will love our place. We are located on the North side of Cypress Cove Marina about an easy 1 minute walk to the water where you can fish, swim, or launch your boat. We have a charcoal grill but we do not furnish charcoal or starter fluid. You can relax in our hammock or sit around the firepit and discuss the size of the fish you caught.You will not need to go by Wal Mart and spend hundreds getting the supplies you will need for your stay. We furnish hand soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, zip lock bags, trash bags, aluminum foil, coffee, salt and pepper, and more. We basically furnish everything you will need except food. If you do need supplies it is 15 minutes to Wagoner or 20 minutes to Muskogee where you will find several major Stores and Restaurants.Our kitchen is completely furnished with silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pan, plates, dishes, and glasses. We have a Coffee Pot, Crock Pot, Instant Pot, and a Barbeque Grill but we do not furnish charcoal. We furnish all towels and linens.We do not have cable but we have high speed internet and 3 smart TVs that will allow you to stream your favorite shows. We have a 65” smart tv in the living room and a 32” smart tv in the 2 main bedrooms. We have games and toys for the kids and a pack n play for the baby. We also have an electric fireplace.NOTE: The tub in the bathroom is large but it is NOT a Jacuzzi.The tub is tall and may be a problem for some guest to get in and out.The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. We have a king in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and a Full in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a brand new mattress as of July 2024. There is plenty of room behind the house to park a couple of boats with electric available if you need it. DESCRIPTION:Lakeview CottageWe have been in the nightly rental business for 20 years and we know how to equip our places to make our guests feel at home. We have completely remodeled this home. It is 1400 sq feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen completely furnished with everything you will need but food, and a dinning table that will comfortably seat six people. Each bedroom has a king bed for your comfort. We have 3 Smart flat screen TVs with wifi, Toys for the kids, games for the adults, and a pac n play for the baby. We have a washer/dryer with detergent furnished and all linens are provided. You can enjoy the view of the lake from inside the house or outside on the deck. We have a huge fire pit that is shared with another cabin that we also own. We have patio table and chairs, charcoal grill, and a firepit.How do we describe the Lakeview Cottage? Secluded, Peaceful, Serene, Scenic, Quiet, Beautiful, Amazing view, and more. The house is on the side of a mountain, with a large deck overlooking Fort Gibson Lake. When you stay here you will likely see Bald Eagles, White Tail Deer, and a variety of other wildlife. It is about one hundred yards to the lake, but you need good knees and a strong heart to make the hike to the Lake. You can hike to the lake and fish, and you will have a whole mountain you can explore. Wahoo Bay and Sequoya are only two miles away where you can put you boat or jet skis in the water. However, you will not be able to park your trailer at the cabin. There are several marinas in the area where you can rent Pontoons or jet skis. We are located about 15 minutes from Wagoner and 15 minutes from Muskogee where you will find Wal Mart and many national franchise restaurants at either town.This is the perfect place to spend a few days fishing, boating, exploring, or just enjoying the solitude and peacefulness of this beautiful home. There is a sharp narrow corner that makes it nearly impossible to bring a trailer.We have another beautiful log cabin right next to this house. It has many handicap accessible features including Parking, ramp, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests will have access to a lighted car port that can fit 2 vehicles/boats with access to electrical outlets if needed. Plenty of boat parking. There are cameras around the outside of the property to help protect your boats and vehicles. Maintenance man lives in a travel trailer behind carport, separated from property with a privacy fence.
