"The owner was very personality and kept me in touch. I was going to go to the hotel by train from Hue, but the flight was bad, so he told me that I should come by bus from Hue and took a bus ticket. It's thanks to the owner that I didn't get lost on the way. Also, the inn is in nature and is a place where you can calm your mind. There is nothing wasted in the interior, but it is also good and easy to spend. There was a pool in the courtyard. The open structure that you can enter the restaurant from the courtyard is unique and I like it very much. He called a taxi on the way back. The taxi driver seemed to know him, and he came to pick up his luggage inside. The restaurant has a wide variety of food and drinks and tastes good. You can also use only the restaurant. The atmosphere is very at home and I want to use it again."

"I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area.
They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely.
I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable."

"Чудесное место, прямо на реке. Жаль, что попала прямо в ливни, весь причал затопило. Оставалось только представлять как здесь прекрасно, когда хорошая погода. К сожалению, пришлось уехать на день раньше, хозяин отеля помог с билетами на слип бас, и вообще он очень приветливый, старается во всем помочь. Он же организует любые трекинги и посещения пещер, правда у него чуть дороже, чем в городских агентствах. Завтрак по меню, притом вы можете выбрать только одно блюдо и один напиток, остальное за деньги."

"nice lady at the front desk kind of loud at night with people singing but that ends around 11 pm u can't rent a bike at the front desk but make sure they give you a good working motor bike.. the also the nature thing is right down the street as the front desk and if u book tours the cave thing was fun but too fast see if you can book a private tour instead"

"The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience.
The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop.
Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy.
We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus.
Would definitely recommend!"

"The species are amazing! Lovely hosts, the enthusiastic territory, lots of animals. I was delighted!
Just in the house, the house is isolated, the neighbors are not heard, the cows and buvols are walking in front of the terrace.
But it is necessary to be ready for that in the house(room) can be dirty, in three nights never cleaned, and when the settlement was dirty in my opinion.
The number requires general cleaning.
On the one hand, the panoramic windows look on the wall of the neighboring house, on the photo of the room it was not visible, I was not embarrassed, but for someone it could be important.
We slept with open curtains because very beautiful views.

"Very clean hotel, modern. Staff are very kind. Come at 3 a.m., the host set us. Good breakfast. Helped book a bus to Danang. The room is big. The windows went out to the main street, but the windows were good and almost noiseless. Everything is decent!"

"We were scheduled for 2 nights, but we were sick
I stayed for another night in a hurry, but I accepted it pleasantly.
You can eat on the first floor of the hotel, but there are also bakery, bar and restaurant nearby.
Is it a daughter like a family-run hotel? Is very friendly and good at English and will politely teach you advice and how to get to tourist spots. I also saw others teaching Vietnamese.
We checked out the day, we checked out for a few hours.
I'll take it and I'll go back to the hotel and I'll take my luggage.

"Very good location, next to the pier, from where boats leave for the Phon Nha cave, next to the bus stop going to Da Nang. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a refrigerator, there is a swimming pool. In the evening, after checking out of the room and excursions, you can take a shower.
Very energetic and active hostess, who organizes any tours and transport at reasonable prices.

The location is excellent, by the river, in a quiet place, near mountains and picturesque rice fields. The tourist center and the pier for boats to the caves are nearby. The hotel owners are very friendly and caring people. They organized an inexpensive trip for us to Paradise Cave. The room is clean, the beds and bedding are excellent, the air conditioner and fan work, there are no insects, the bathroom is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Our room's doors open directly onto the pool. There is silence throughout the hotel. Everything is fine!

GGuest UserA little far from the center of the village, walking 20 minutes. If the weather is good, it is normal and you can walk. But I got under the rain and went by taxi to the harbor and then the caves closed at all. For those on the bike it is just an ideal option. The yard is beautiful, tidy, the room is cozy and very stylish. Breakfast, dinner can be in the yard, the food is delicious. Overall everything is good

GGuest UserThe rooms were so lovely, they were modern and clean! The location was amazing, overlooking a river and the mountains. We used the bikes and paddle boards that the location had which was a added bonus! The owners were so lovely had checked up on us and cooked breakfast every morning.

GGuest UserPerfect place to stay if you want to be right in Phong Nha town. Personally I prefer being further out in nature but since we stayed here one night to catch the bus to Hue, it was perfect. The pool is great. Staff are super friendly and did our laundry really quickly.
