"The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel."

"Wow! This place was amazing, right next to the beach. I could ocean from my room balcony. I absolutely loved the swimming pool bar, cocktails were awesome, need to try their Mojito it was so herbal alcoholic fresh. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food was exceptionally good. You can conveniently book tours at the reception. The layout and design of the resort was creative and beautiful with a mixture of culture. You could explore the resort for a days and not get bored. They have their own convenient store on the premises. The markets is not to far away and I found that Taxi and grab drivers tend to camp out the front waiting for customers so it was easy and fast to book one. An Unforgettable stay. We are definitely going be staying here again in future"

"This is a green oasis in Mui Ne. There are a lot of staff, especially gardeners, and everyone has their own role! Hotel guests are adequate. There is no ”Tagil” here. On Saturday and Sunday, as in Vietnam as a whole, the workload is higher than on weekdays, it can be crowded, but the sun loungers on the sea are always free. Occupancy was 30-40% near the sea in June 2024.
People come here for relaxation and comfort! Only the sea with waves for kite surfers. But the child and I were mostly in the pool, since she enjoys the pool.
We lived in a room in the Nova building on the 4th floor. (I asked the hotel about this in advance, everything was provided as needed).
Very quiet and you can hear the sound of the sea. All the insects are below! Stayed for 5 nights. We are very happy and will come back someday!
The hotel only served breakfast, we always ate fruit for lunch, and for dinner there were many restaurants along the street.
I warn you: there are some midges flying everywhere in Mui Ne, from the first day buy local sprays and use them. I think this is typical for this area, because in Nha Trang, for example, there were none at all."

"The hotel is very beautiful, green. The rooms are BIG, very comfortable, stylish, there are all sorts of nice little things - a humidifier with an aromatizer, mosquito repellents, an extension cord for sockets, etc. We had a large bath with a jacuzzi in our room. Panoramic windows with a beautiful view. The beach is clean with white sand. In the evening and at breakfast, music plays in the restaurant. The breakfast is very tasty, juices from fresh fruits. We will be happy to come back!"

"I really like The Cliff. Spacious with lots of trees, beautiful view, standing there will give you a photo. The Terra room is so pretty, worth the money, if you look closely it is a bit old but it does not affect the experience. Service 10 points, all the staff are cute and happy to support customers. "Excellent hotel: large green well-kept territory, the pool is cleaned - everything around is cleaned. Excellent tasty breakfasts! Fruits, pastries, soups, omelette, fried eggs, yogurt, juices. Meat dishes, rice, pasta, sausages, vegetables. All tables are set, everything is cleaned, brought. The staff is friendly and attentive. From 15-00 to 16-00 in the bar on the beach - tea, coffee. You can buy a cake, pastries for tea. The beach is small, but clean. In the morning the waves are small, and then by lunchtime more and more. The only negative is that there are not enough sun loungers on the beach, some are occupied in the morning, and come by lunchtime. When the waves are, you can lie by the pool and swim. We lived in a bungalow - everything is clean, the bed linen is changed every other day. Towels every day and beach towels are changed in the evening. The hotel has many cafes, shops and massage parlors. I recommend this hotel 👍"

my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us.
The staff is attentive, nice and helpful.
There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well.
There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders.
It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure."

"At first, the air conditioner in the room leaked all over the floor, and they didn't change it. After a round of communication, they changed it to a twin room. The bed was small, but it was clean. The swimming pool downstairs was nice, but it might be off-season, so there were not many people. It's very close to the muddy river, just a few minutes walk away!"

"A mid size ressort, with one pool (10m) and private beach access. Rooms were decent but not fancy. Beds are ought to be upgraded. Far below the expected level of such ressorts. Balcony on garden view are useless with lost space.
Please change the TV automatic voice assistance that keeps spelling every action... super annoying.

The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening.
It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable.
Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

There is a pool which is clean and has separate route up to yourroom. They have 2 small saunas, but they’re not always on, they only activate the saunas when asked.

JJohnny197480% of the guests are Russian couples on a package tour. The guy at the reception demanded my passport ”as deposit” - the practice, I never met with anywhere before! He was insisting on that demand being a normal practice and showed me stocks of Russian passports. Finally gave him VND 500000 deposit instead (returned at check-out). The room was spacious, but bathroom very small. Bad smell inside. AC worked ok. The water pressure was low, the hot water below body's temperature. The plumber came and through google translation said it was ”because of high consumption”. But the pressure and temperature never became normal throughout my stay, even late at night. The plumber was reluctant to go for some 5 minutes more after this verdict as if he expected tips for his service! Breakfast (included) was good. For lunch and dinner the best quality per price was the restaurant in front of this hotel across the road; many other eateries nearby were much worse. The beach is just OK for Muine, as there you can not swim due to the waves. Overall hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid.

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
