"“Incredible getaway” If you’re looking for an amazing get away from the city life and just want to relax by the beach then this is the place for you. The staff are amazingly friendly and will attend to any requests. The resort is situated right next to the beach with amazing weather all round and is home to the famous Angsana Spa for an unwind."

"Unfortunately we couldn't swim in the sea, because there was a lot of jelly fish, otherwise the beach is nice and clean. There is no free indoor play corner for the kids, only one playroom which has different activities for a small fee. Otherwise it has 2 outdoor playgrounds. All in all, great resort."

"We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking."

"Amazing place in Ho Tram for all member in family. Golf course nearby (Bluff) for father. Shopping area (the hampton night market) for mother. Kids club and swimming pool for the kid. Too busy enjoying everthing this lovely hotel offer so I didnt take any picture of the room. But everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the services are top of the class."

"Great view , nice place , great breakfast , don’t bother try Nook is not good at all , better go to Hampton Village ( 5 minutes away ) there is much better Asian food … Spa is great and they do give u nice discounts … swimming pool is big and was quiet when we were so all the pool for us , so was nice . Kids club is a joke , 2 girls just playing with their phones and let the kids ( only 2 there ) by themselves … receptionist was Amaizing and very helpful …"

"That place is a dream. The 2 restaurant have good choices and super delicious food as well as the breakfast. The staff is super friendly and thoughtful. There is a construction next to the hotel so will be interesting what happened when they open. But for now it is super quiet and empty. If you have a villa private pool you have everything you need to relax. Don’t miss on the nice massage in the spa if you like."

"5 stars for service quality, especially the service attitude and friendliness of the staff. My family had a very happy and satisfied stay. Good food, affordable prices, especially the breakfast buffet is very diverse. Green space, airy, lots of facilities for children, my favorite is the vegetable garden at Carmelina. Will bring the family back soon! "

"The breakfast is not rich enough, the environment is big enough, but environmental hygiene needs to be improved. Many facilities are already very old. The swimming pool is also very unclean. Many tiles at the bottom of the pool are broken and the disinfectant smells very strong! The room is clean and clean! There is a lot of rubbish on the beach, which has not been cleaned up in time."
