"Reception staffs refused to let us check-in in advance and even tried to postpone to 3pm. I had to contact Trip.com to confirm the 230 normal check in time. Besides, we witnessed a bunch of people arrived after us got all their rooms and it was not 230 yet. NOT FAIR treatment from front desk!!!
It’s a shame for such a terrible service since the wellness facilities and dinner buffet were very nice"

"There are not many restaurants around, so I need to eat in the town 3 kilometers away. But the hygiene and environment are very good. At that time, I booked this hotel mainly because it was close to the business trip company."
