"We spent three nights at Poschiavo Suisse Hotel as a couple and absolutely loved it. It delivers a genuine Alpine atmosphere, the breakfast was magnificent, and the mountain views from the property are stunning. Having a car made it especially pleasant, with easy day trips to St Moritz and many other places in the region. The hotel sits in the heart of Poschiavo, surrounded by the Bernina Alps, and the wood‑panelled interiors and cozy public spaces give it that classic “Alp” feel many travelers seek. Guests frequently describe the rooms as comfortable and authentic, with some noting the traditional wood panelling as part of the charm rather than a drawback. The location in the town center also means you’re steps away from local life while still feeling immersed in the mountains. Breakfast is a clear standout.
