I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad.
