"The hotel room was spacious and clean, with a well-designed layout that was refreshing. I liked the pillows; they were the perfect height and very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, offering both Chinese and Western dishes with a wide variety. The only minor drawback was that our room was located in an area where the building's air conditioners were concentrated, which caused some noise when they were running. Guests with sleep problems should inform the front desk in advance to avoid this room type when booking."

"The hotel is located in a very quiet area and it''s quite convenient close to Hefei. Verry good option for relaxing during the weekends, specially because of the many pools. The food in the restaurant is very delicious and the staff is nice. Even though needed renovation, I would definitely go back. My husband forgot his jeans at the hotel and Roger kindly has sent us by express and even hasn't charge me. The hotel really delights customers with this kind of attitude. "Our stay at Huan Xi Sha was an exceptional experience! The new Chinese-style courtyard is elegant and serene, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. The private hot spring pool on the balcony, built beside a lotus pond, offers a picturesque view of lush green lotus leaves and surrounding trees as soon as you open the window. Soaking in the hot spring while enjoying the peaceful lake view was incredibly relaxing. The natural environment, with its antique architecture complementing the water features, along with attentive and thoughtful service, makes this a top choice for a vacation. It's truly healing to escape the hustle and bustle here!"

"This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short."

"This trip specially chose this hotel, did not step on thunder. Convenient transportation, fast check-in, gentle and intimate front desk attitude. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bathroom was dry and odorless, and the hot water supply was stable. The mattress is moderately firm and the rest is very stable at night.
