"We really enjoyed our stay at Tuga. The yurts are very comfortable and beautiful. The place is incredible, surrounded by nature and animals. They have a very cute dog. You can get there by taxi from Hailar for about 150 yuan, which is better than the pick-up service they offer. The restaurant is a bit pricey; I recommend bringing food if you're staying for a few days. Breakfast is included and is very good.
I must say, however, that I highly recommend bringing earplugs, as the yurts are not soundproofed. People stay outside talking until very late, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel should ensure that guests remain quiet during rest hours."

"It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It was very clean, beautiful atmosphare and even had a yurt for dining in. The dishes were immens big and very delicious.
Additionally I went for a driver organized by the hotel, which was the best choice. Would definitely recommend that to anyone who wanna get around. The driver (Chinese-Speaking) was very caring, explained all kind of interesting things, took pictures for you (very good ones!) and were giving her best to make your experience as great as possible. I seriously recommend this hotel and driver service. They helped me with my trip from start till the end and really adjusts the schedule to your wishes.

The hotel is an Inner Mongolia-style villa with more than ten rooms. The rooms are quite large, clean and tidy; the heating is sufficient and very warm. The bed is dry, but sleeping on it is not dry at all, and the family atmosphere is full. Washing and sanitary products are basically fully equipped. The yard outside the hotel is also quite large, which can fully meet the parking needs of self-driving guests. The bee supermarket and the restaurant next to the supermarket recommended by the boss are very popular! Especially the fresh milk in the hotel's ranch is a major feature. "It is a camp, not a tent. This time, the overall experience of staying for two days is very good. It is very pleasant to come out to eat and drink on the terrace at night to see the stars. A little episode but the staff have actively dealt with it. The handsome guys and beauties at the front desk are very thoughtful and recommend our activities.
The hotel has many entertainment projects, you can skate grass, drink milk tea, take a camel car and so on.

It was dark when we returned to the room after eating the hot pot. The stars were bright and beautiful. We brought two babies here, and they had a lot of fun. The yurt environment is also very good, with complete facilities and cleanliness.

GGuest UserIt is run by an elderly family, and they cooked food for me very enthusiastically. Even if the door to the room was opened by mistake in the morning, I was not very panicked. Just like my grandfather, I did not feel unsafe. I just hope that the boss can communicate well with my grandfather. Otherwise, I would have unpacked my luggage and was told that I had to move it to the wrong room, which would have been really embarrassing, but my grandparents were really nice and enthusiastic, and it felt like I was home.
