"The hotel is quite large, and the overall environment is clean and beautiful. Although it's been open for some time, it's still very well-maintained. The rooms are tidy, and the cleaning is thorough. From the doormen to the front desk and room service, everyone has a great attitude. During my stay, the hotel even offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The makeup artist was lovely and very polite, doing a meticulous job. The photographer was professional and taught me how to pose. Even the lady helping with photo selection offered helpful suggestions. It was a fantastic experience. "The sink in the room had fake eyelashes left by the previous guest and was not cleaned up. But the location is very good to find, there are many places to eat around. "We initially booked a guesthouse for our first night at Fuxian Lake, but upon arrival, we found the environment less than ideal and the room quite disappointing. We promptly cancelled the next two nights and booked the Xiyuan Hotel instead. Located in Guanglong Town, while the lake view wasn't as good as some hotels and guesthouses near Moon Bay (it's farther from the lake), the surrounding area was incredibly convenient. There were many restaurants nearby serving the famous stone pot fish, and Xingguang Hotel was within walking distance. Parking was free. Most importantly, the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom even played music automatically during the shower – so fun! Staying at Xiyuan was definitely the right decision!"

"Staying at Fuxian Lake Hotel feels very cost-effective. I enjoyed the hotel's high-quality service from the moment I arrived. The doorman helped to transport the luggage to the room. The room was clean and tidy. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and asked many times if there was any help. I like her service. The breakfast environment is very good, and the food is basically complete, including dumplings, wontons, noodles and rice noodles. "If you're looking for a vacation, just go for it! The butler contacted us a day in advance to ask about our needs and stayed in touch via WeChat. Since it was the off-season, the guest relations manager upgraded us to a lake-view balcony room. The 2.03-meter king bed was more than enough for us and our child, and they even installed bed rails before our arrival, which was incredibly thoughtful. The pool water was a good temperature and clean, and it was great for a swim when there weren't many people. We stayed for two nights, and the butler, housekeeping staff, and front desk were all very friendly. The hotel's amenities were excellent; everything from the linens to the disposable toiletries was impeccable, and the mini-bar was thoughtfully stocked. Every corner of the hotel offered picturesque views, making it perfect for couples. For families, the fish tank at the entrance will captivate kids for a long time. It would be even better if the parent-child activities were a bit more extensive and engaging. Located in Cambria Town, on the northeast corner of Fuxian Lake, the hotel is within a 20-minute drive of all popular attractions, except for Xingxing Fish Cave. The parking lot is also very convenient. The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit sparse. The spring set menu was very photogenic, but since it was prepared in advance and left out for guests to pick up, it tended to be cold. Overall, for a vacation, it's highly recommended."

The rooms are quiet, the space is open, the whole house is smart, the mattress is soft and sleepy, the bathroom is cleaned spotlessly from dry and wet, the quality of washing and care is online, the sound insulation is superb at night, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. "The hotel has a stylish appearance, and the key is the beautiful view from the balcony. It is indeed a lake view room. In particular, I want to praise the head chef in the kitchen. I forgot my scarf in the restaurant. It was already noon when I went back to pick it up. Seeing that we hadn’t eaten yet, the head chef asked us to eat some of their work meals together, and said that in case of a car accident , it’s really a long way to go, but you can help us send it, I’m very touched. Many thanks. It is very convenient to visit nearby and the park is particularly beautiful and worth a visit."

The room is on the fourth floor, clean and sanitary. The four-piece suit and bath towels are very comfortable. There are two kinds of pillows with moderate hardness and softness. The toiletries are very useful. The room is not big but it has everything it should have. The kettle is clean and easy to use. The disposable slippers are of good quality. There is also a laundry room on the roof for drying. The water flow of the shower is not too strong and I hope it can be improved. I don't like the smart toilet flushing when I sit down. Breakfast is clean and sanitary rice noodles, corn and eggs. There is also a bar downstairs where you can drink coffee and wine. Outside the door is a beautiful lotus pond. The village is very clean and there are many beautiful plants and flowers. It is only a few minutes' walk from the lake. The boss is very nice and enthusiastic. He provides a lot of help. The recommended restaurants and morning markets are very good. It is convenient to take a taxi, and there are also shared electric motorcycles for rent in the surrounding area. In short, it is a homestay worth coming again.

The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride.

We are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty! Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

The location of the homestay is quite good. It is almost halfway up the mountain in Xiaowan B&B Village. It is not too far to walk back from Xiaowan Village Committee, and it is not particularly high and has a certain height. You can see the sunset and Fuxian Lake in the distance. The fly in the ointment is that the toilet location is a bit high, the mattress is slightly soft, not suitable for people who like to sleep harder, and the rice noodles and noodles for breakfast are too light. However, the homestay is still very suitable for vacation, will recommend it to friends around you

The hotel is easy to find, the room facilities are new, clean and hygienic, the tourist area has good scenery, and the hotel can provide parking spaces; The hotel owner was very enthusiastic and gave us a detailed guide to the tour. The environment is good, there are also food nearby, the boss will help find a parking space, it is about two kilometers away from Moon Bay. Disadvantages: 1. I had a very comfortable stay in this small hotel. The room was big enough and everything was very clean, the bed smelled nice and the owner is very kind and ready to help. The location is nice too, a bit away from the main street, so it is very peaceful at night, but still close to all the places in the city. If you prefer to stay in a smaller more private place than a big hotel, then this is a good place for you! Highly recommend it!

Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

This stay experience exceeded expectations. It is convenient to go out to eat and go to Fuxian Lake. It is also very close to Fuxian Lake. It can be walked for a few minutes. The first floor of the hotel is the restaurant. You can eat when you are lazy. The room is clean and the bed is sleeping.
