The front desk service was generally welcoming, but they didn't proactively offer unnecessary services. A special mention goes to the hotel's thoughtful late-night snack service; the afternoon shift staff who delivered the snacks were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help guests. "The facilities are new and complete, but the room size is average. Perhaps due to the room type, there's no sofa. Parking is downstairs. Cleanliness is acceptable, but for some reason, the used cotton swabs on the sink weren't cleaned up. The washing machine is on the roof, and I happened to be there while the towel dryer was drying. Shouldn't these be separate? The price is okay, but considering the location and overall experience, I'd rather choose the Morin Hotel near the train station."
