"This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent."

When the aunt in the restaurant heard the child crying, she gently asked the child what small pattern he liked. She not only took the initiative to help with the sewing, but also embroidered a small flower that the child liked on the hole, instantly turning the ”little accident” into a unique decoration! What is even more touching is that after returning to the room, the lady at the front desk gave the child a ”mini garden” building block set and said with a smile: I heard from the lady in the restaurant that the child likes small flowers, so we gave the child a garden that we made by ourselves. ”The child's eyes lit up all of a sudden, and he hugged the gift tightly, extremely happy. From the ingenuity of sewing to the healing gift, warmth is in the details. The child burst into laughter while holding the gift, and I remembered the intentions of this hotel - they repaired not only the clothes, but also the little regrets during the journey. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were smart, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and I slept very well. The front desk was very good and responded promptly if there was a problem. It is convenient to eat and go shopping around. It is close to the local Meile City and Tianhong Square. It is quiet at night. The price is OK. I will come to live in his house next time.

The hotel is across the road from Handan High-speed Railway Station and can be seen as soon as you exit the high-speed railway station. You can find transportation to Handan attractions at the high-speed rail station. Very convenient for playing. Our room was on the 9th floor. When the lights came on at night, the view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. The hotel facilities are clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful, meticulous and patient. In addition, although the hotel's breakfast is not very diverse, it is of great quality and tastes very good👍

Parking is very convenient in this hotel. The car can be parked directly in the ground parking lot. However, the main road in front of the door is under construction at this time. The navigation led to a small road, which was a bit congested.
The room is on the 20th floor with a wide view. My mother said that the curtains are automatic. I mainly like that there is no raised door stone in the room, which is convenient for the elderly to walk. My parents are very satisfied with the hotel!

TTrilha EspiritualThe room was fine, no complaints about that. However, they give us very little toilet paper, and we always have to ask for more. There's no one who speaks English at the reception desk at any time. As with many other hotels in China, the reservation ticket scrambles our long and confusing western names in ways that are undecipherable to most Chinese, and that always creates some tension at the check-in, because the name in the booking form doesn't match EXACTLY the name on the passport. This is a recurrent problem in China, and it happens everywhere, creating delays and embarrassment. The hotel location is fine, as it is just two blocks away from a large shopping mall, the ”Miller City”. It's overall a good experience, and I'd certainly stay there again.
