"The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good!
I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! (A suggestion, there is a not very good smell when the hotel room door is opened, so get some air freshener)

"I booked a room that was supposed to include welcome fruit, but it wasn't provided upon check-in. I didn't get to experience the afternoon tea, so I can't comment on that. The room size was decent, not small, and had a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. However, the noise isolation was very poor; I could hear car alarms constantly going off outside my window when trying to sleep, and even the sound of toilets flushing from the next room (or upstairs?). Everything else was fine."

"The hotel is well located near shops and restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable. The check-in was not very smooth as they scanned every single page of my passport (no other hotel in China has done that), it usually it's just the front, visa, and Chinese entry stamp. They also asked a lot of questions that we had already answered in a form they had given us to complete. We only had one day to visit the city and had to spend 30 minutes there. The girls were very nice but the check-in process needs to be smoother. I overall recommend it anyway."

It is great! The bedding is also white, which is my favorite color. It is very classy and comfortable to lie on. The price is quite affordable. It is a very cost-effective hotel. The ladies at the front desk are very gentle and will recommend where to eat. If you have any needs, just call the front desk and it will be solved immediately. I will stay here again in the future. Oh, by the way, the breakfast is really rich. I recommend the mutton noodle soup. The mutton here is very nice and not fishy at all. The noodles are great, and there are steamed buns of various shapes. Recommended! recommend!"

"There aren't many hotels to choose from in Hezuo, and this is considered one of the best in the city. However, it had its share of problems. First, the room had a strong odor, and without air conditioning, it wasn't well-ventilated. Second, there was the issue with the water. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel costing over 500 yuan only provide four bottles of mineral water (two large and two small), with extra bottles requiring payment. Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further.
One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic."

When I woke up in the morning, there was no hot water, my face was wet, the exhaust was not working, and the air in the whole room was not empty. , the smell of cigarette smoke is strong, and it is acceptable without air conditioning, but the key is that your quilt is too thick. Without air conditioning, the thick quilt is stuffy and hot, and I can't sleep well all night, alas!

Anonymous UserThe moment I stepped into this B&B, I was attracted by its warm and unique atmosphere. The room is exquisitely and elegantly decorated, and every detail reflects the owner's intentions. The bedding was soft and comfortable, which gave me a great rest during the tiring journey.
The location of the B&B is also excellent. The surrounding environment is beautiful and peaceful. It is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and has easy access to various attractions.
The host's hospitality left a deep impression on me. Not only did they provide considerate services, they also recommended many local foods and places to visit, making my trip more colorful.
The breakfast is rich and varied, with fresh and delicious ingredients, injecting full energy for a day of travel.
In the courtyard of the B&B, I can leisurely drink tea and enjoy the scenery, feeling the pleasant breeze blowing on my face, as if time has stood still at this moment.

This hotel is considered a relatively high-end hotel in Hepa City, with a high price/performance ratio and good front desk staff! The dining environment of the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor is quite good. There are various flavors of Cantonese, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine. The dishes are diverse and delicious. However, the only drawback is that the price is not cheap.

Guest UserThis hotel in Gannan was a wonderful surprise! Although it's not in the city center, it's very close to the bus station, making transportation very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We booked a double room with a projector, and the front desk upgraded us for free because they saw we had a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. There was even a water purifier in the room, which was incredibly convenient as we didn't have to boil water ourselves. The best part of the room's design was the oxygen supply. It's really friendly to travelers from out of town. The oxygen was plentiful, so there was no need to worry about altitude sickness. Although the hotel didn't offer breakfast, there were steamed bun shops and beef noodle shops nearby. The Platinum Smart Hotel is truly intelligent; from the self-service machines and delivery robots in the lobby to the water dispensers and oxygen supply equipment in the rooms, the whole place is smart. The Xiaodu smart speaker provided us with a lot of convenience. I was a little hesitant when booking because the reviews weren't very good, but after checking in, it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a hotel I highly recommend. Simply amazing!!

Stayed at the Junhai Hotel in July, the experience was great! Newly opened in 2023, the facilities are very new, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. Not far from Miragebafo Pavilion, it is convenient to go out and take a taxi and take a bus. There are many types of breakfast, the waiter is enthusiastic, and I will choose this next time I come to Gannan.

Traveling to the hotel selected for cooperation, the location is good, on the edge of Century Square. The hotel has a large parking lot, free parking, room facilities, health, service are good. The time to catch up with the heating the day before, it rained again, the temperature of the room was low, not very comfortable. Breakfast is OK. The stay experience is average.
