"A family of three came to stay at the hotel. The front desk lady was very attentive. I saw that I took Xiaobao and specially upgraded the larger room. It was really comfortable! Hygiene, clean, and the location of the hotel is good and very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel, must be praised!"

"The check-in waiter was cold throughout the whole process, the room facilities were old and not soundproof. Early in the morning, I was awakened by the shouts on the street and the wifi was completely unconnected. At 8:20, the restaurant did not have air conditioning. I asked the only waiter in the restaurant that the air conditioner was broken. After we sat for a while, he turned on the air conditioner and it worked normally. I won't say if there are few food types, there are few keys left. In short, the stay experience is very bad."

服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！
