"For my Qingming Festival holiday trip, I booked an executive suite at this hotel. A day before my arrival, the hotel assigned a personal butler to provide one-on-one assistance. They asked comprehensive questions about my stay, like if I was traveling with elderly or children, if I smoked, or had any allergies. They then sent incredibly detailed guides for dining, entertainment, and a very thorough handbook about the Baden Hotel. On the day of my arrival, the butler confirmed my estimated check-in time, sent the hotel's location, and even tracked my progress on the way.
Stepping into the hotel, it truly felt like they had thought of everything to make guests feel 'at home'. The front desk staff was handsome, friendly, gentle, and meticulous. You just had to show up; the staff handled everything, even escorting me to the elevator. It was my birthday that day, and my butler arranged a birthday hat, glasses, and a cake for us, along with welcome fruits, a souvenir gift, a thoughtful greeting card, wet wipes, eye masks, and other small presents – I was so touched by their thoughtfulness!
Every staff member I encountered here gave off the impression that the hotel treats them well, and in turn, they treat guests equally well. The hotel is currently undergoing road construction outside, which the staff proactively informed me about, and they even provided earplugs for any potential noise. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiangyou."

"I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express, so the decor and facilities are quite standard and a cut above other non-branded hotels. The room was spacious for its price range, soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet. The shower and toilet in the bathroom were separate. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options, delicious rice noodles, and a self-service coffee machine."

"The location is pretty good, behind the Jiangyou Hotel, with some restaurants nearby. The two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and responsive, answering all my questions promptly. They even thoughtfully added hot water before I left – five stars! The bathroom and shower were well-designed, the room was quiet, and even without air conditioning, I slept well. The hot water flow for the shower was excellent. Jiangyou's famous braised pork intestines lived up to their reputation; I dared to indulge! However, the hotel's renovation seems to have been done in 2024, as there was still a slight odor. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't visit the Li Bai Memorial Hall on Monday."

The twin room booked, my grandmother temporarily did not go, the two 1.5 meters of beds are too spacious together, the children roll casually.

Guest UserThis one must give a full 5 points. Recommend everyone to stay. The room was clean and hygienic. Especially the tea cup, hot water bottle, and toilet. After I saw it, this is the only hotel that does not need me to wash it again. The overall level of this house is better than Hanting, and it is slightly worse than the whole season. At this price, it is definitely worth it.

The overall health of the hotel is OK, but the curtains are not very clean. The hotel is very noisy because of the karaoke hall. It is still singing at 11 o'clock in the evening. The sound insulation effect is not good. The water in other rooms is very obvious. But the service is good. On the same day, because I have to catch the train, I can provide a taxi service here, which is quite convenient.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, because my girlfriend is intern in Jiangyou, and I basically book here for a date on weekends.
The location is near the artillery street, the business district is mature, eating and traveling are very convenient, dating shopping is particularly worry-free.
The room has been kept well, clean and tidy, and comfortable.
The environment is quiet, the service is in place, the overall experience is stable and comfortable, very suitable for our guests who often come to gather.
I will still choose here later, I really recommend it.

I saw this hotel from the platform. The hotel is in good hygiene, clean and smell-free. The front desk is very patient when consulting. You can also enjoy free afternoon tea in the small courtyard downstairs, which is very pleasant. The transportation is convenient and very close to Jiangyou High-speed Railway Station. The hotel's breakfast is also very delicious. The buffet breakfast includes Mianyang rice noodles. There is a self-service laundry room, which is very comfortable for business trips. Guest User這家酒店的整體體驗中規中矩，沒有太多驚喜，但也挑不出什麼大毛病。
辦理入住比較順暢，前台工作人員態度禮貌，流程走得很標準，沒有多餘的寒暄，效率尚可。客房內部乾淨整潔，看得出日常維護還算用心——床單、毛巾都沒有污漬，桌面和地板也打掃得比較仔細。房間面積適中，活動空間剛好夠用，設施雖不算新，但功能都正常，空調製冷、電視、燈光開關都能順利操作。不過淋浴間的花灑水壓偶爾不太穩定，算是小小的扣分項。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭提供了兩種高度，當晚睡眠質量還算不錯。
隔音方面表現一般，走廊裏有人説話或者隔壁開關門時能聽到一些動靜，但沒到影響休息的程度。酒店大堂有休息區，整體環境安靜，裝修風格偏簡約實用。工作人員服務基本隨叫隨到，送個充電器、多要兩瓶水響應都挺快，態度就是正常範圍內的客氣。
總體而言，這是一家標準化運營的酒店。沒有突出的優點，也無明顯的短板，住着踏實省心。如果是出差或者對住宿要求不高的行程，這裏夠用了。

LianzeThis hotel experience was fantastic! The overall environment was serene and elegant, surrounded by greenery. The garden-style design instantly soothed my fatigue upon entering. The room was impeccable, spotless in every corner, with excellent natural light and ventilation; the sunlight streaming in was warm and inviting. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and the facilities were complete. It was a very comfortable stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!

What a time to come visit the town. High security and everyone a bit tense. Actually the hotel was really good though, they only had some issue with the wifi working. Not sure I would visit the town again, but if I did this hotel would be where I stay at.
