"The first time I stayed at this hotel, the air conditioner in my room was leaking, and the hotel promptly changed my room. The second time I checked in, I found a few hairs on the bed. Because it was the weekend and there were many guests, the room change was not handled properly. My child was very sleepy and ended up not being covered with a blanket for the night. The next day, the housekeeper changed the sheets promptly, and the hotel manager also called me to apologize. They even prepared a gift for me as an apology. The hotel's attitude was quite good, and I did not accept the gift. I hope the hotel service will be even better next time I stay!"

The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers."

"Jinggu Haizhilan Hotel, the facilities are beyond expectations, there is automatic car washing, free parking in the yard, clean and tidy, and beautiful environment. Service is excellent. There is a self-service tea break in the leisure area, self-service Pu'er tea tasting. There is also coffee tasting. The breakfast was full and the rice noodles were very delicious. The young man at the front desk was dedicated to his work. There was a small problem with the car and the car last night. He helped us mediate and deal with it in time. Like it!"

I ordered a set of Chinese and Western food, and the dishes were also very attentive. The drinks, fruits and instant noodles in the room are free, which is very humane. If you don’t want to order dishes at night, you can make do with a meal in the room. The hygiene products are also good, and there are even children's products (although I don’t have children)."

It is about five meters away from the residence... I live in room 405... There are adult children from their class next to me.
