"環境很好比較安靜，新裝修的設施也很新，有小度語音助手，還比較智能，衞生也比較滿意，毛巾都會用一次性包裝塑封起來，地理位置也不錯，總體來説還是比較滿意的，但是有一些細節問題還是處理的不夠好。 首先工作日接近300一晚的價格在荊門算是比較高的酒店了，一些細節方面的問題應該做到位。 第一，我是入住三天，前台衹給了我一張第一天的早餐券，那後面幾天吃早餐還需要客人主動去找前台取；第二，我是開車來的，入住的時候並沒有人問有沒有開車，同時建議更改一下停車系統，每次出去都需要找前台錄停車券，很不方便，在外面住酒店基本上都是入住的時候前台詢問是否開車，錄入一次車牌之後後面就不需要反覆去前台錄車牌了；第三，作為荊門算是比較ok的酒店，居然沒有主動整理房間，第一天起床出去之後，下午回到酒店居然還是亂糟糟的，就算客人不需要打掃也應該主動詢問客人需不需要打掃吧？還有房間裏一共放了四瓶水，這個還是比較大方的，但是第二天我喝了一瓶之後，居然補了一瓶開過的水？讓我有點詫異，還有牙膏，也衹有一管，這方面還需要改進。 總得來説，就是工作人員有一個服務的態度，第一天入住的時候有個小哥主動帶我到電梯口，但是衹限於服務表面，細節方面還是需要加強，建議給工作人員增加一定待遇，以提升工作人員真正對待這份服務行業的熱心，做好細節方面的內容！"
