"I was pleasantly surprised to find that a Hilton hotel has opened in my hometown of Jinhu! The lobby was amazing, the room was spacious and clean, the wood-style decor was very sophisticated, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and with the TV screen mirroring, I could even see the laundry progress. I didn't want to get up once I lay down. I slept exceptionally well that night. The air conditioning was also great, keeping the temperature comfortable and not drying at all. The shower water temperature was perfect, no need to constantly adjust, and the hot water was incredibly refreshing. The breakfast also had many highlights, including freshly made omelets, fluffy pancakes, as well as Chinese-style fried dough sticks, steamed buns, and hot porridge. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, satisfying different tastes. What impressed me most was the service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk was efficient, proactively introducing the hotel facilities, responding promptly to any issues, and their friendly and patient attitude made me feel very warm. I'm sure this hotel will do well in the future, and I hope my hometown will continue to prosper!"

"Jinhu isn't a big place, but the Four Seasons Hotel Jinhu left a lasting impression on me. Check-in wasn't peak, and the front desk was efficient and attentive. The self-service tea and coffee service was a nice touch, meeting most travelers' needs. Although the hotel is located in a public parking area, the front desk provided friendly parking tips. The room was spotlessly clean and odorless, making for a very comfortable stay. They even gave us complimentary fruit upon arrival. The robot delivery service for takeout was efficient and convenient. The breakfast was exceptionally rich, one of the most extensive at the Four Seasons Hotel, and the food was delicious. Shrimp Little Treasures is nearby, making it a convenient walk."

On the night of check-in, I bought food at the vending machine on the seventh floor. After the payment was completed, I didn't ship it. I called the screen prompt number and the background number. No one answered, so I took a photo and went back to the room. When I checked out the next day, I told the front desk on duty and showed the photos. The front desk (quality) asked me why I didn't find it at 12 o'clock last night (midnight), and why I didn't find it this morning (I was sleeping late). Traveling with our dog, I opted for a small, unpopular destination. I was drawn to this hotel, which has received rave reviews for its unique rooms and state-of-the-art facilities. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. First, the service was attentive. They asked us in detail about our needs and check-in time before check-in, and even activated the air conditioning and notified the security guard. Check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel's location is slightly off the beaten path, but it's situated on the shores of Baima Lake. The hotel boasts a charming and elegant design. The rooms are small wooden cabins with terraces over the water, each with its own courtyard, a teahouse, and fishing opportunities. Living by the water, surrounded by the croaking of frogs and the chirping of birds, is truly relaxing. The next day, it rained heavily, and we enjoyed tea, fishing, and the view from the balcony, truly embracing the vacation experience. The various styles of cabins within the hotel are all beautiful and unique. Upon reading the introduction, I learned that the Wetland Hotel is a major project funded by the municipal government. No wonder it's so elegant and lively. It's one of the most memorable hotels I've stayed in in recent years.
