"Self-driving to Jixi Home Inn, there is a parking place at the entrance of the hotel, and self-driving parking is convenient. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, thanking the little girl for her help and helping to freeze our own water bottle. Answer all questions and introduce the local specialties. The family room we booked was large, the room was fully equipped, the mattress was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, and I liked the toiletries provided by Home Inn. Traveling all the way, or Home Inn left a good impression on me!"

"Just for the fair, pretty and gentle girl at the front desk of Lihao Hotel, I have to give Lihao Hotel a five-star rating! When I checked out, I heard from the lobby manager that the girl's surname was Jin. I booked a twin room on Ctrip, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was assigned to the third floor. I tried to ask if I could be moved to a higher floor, and the girl said there were no twin rooms on the higher floors. She directly upgraded me to a suite on the fifth floor and personally accompanied me upstairs to see the room. After we came downstairs, she personally helped us deliver our luggage to the room. At the end, she said that the weather was too hot and she was afraid that the free water in the room would not be enough, so she thoughtfully asked the floor waiter to give us two more bottles of mineral water. Moreover, throughout the whole process, she served with a smile and was considerate. She was more caring and lovely than her own daughter, which touched us deeply. Miss Jin is the epitome of the overall image of the hotel, representing the hotel's large scale, excellent service, and good reputation."
