"The first time I went to Lvjiang Village to travel by car, I saw Kuandian Fengyang Hotel on the Internet and the evaluation was very good. I came here with the heart of seeing it first. But! Because of the individual front desk, the stay was extremely unpleasant.
1. When checking in, I was catching up with 3 front desks for dinner. I consulted a little problem. One of the older people felt that it was, don’t ask, hurry up.

"The two families played together and booked four rooms. When we arrived at our home, the experience was really super good. The room was clean and impeccable. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and varied. More importantly, the overall service of the hotel is very good, giving people a feeling of being at home, especially the young lady at the bar. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't book four rooms together. I couldn't live on one floor. Miss sister took the initiative to coordinate and finally lived together as desired! When I checked out the next day, the child had a fever due to playing a cold. When I was about to check out, the child fell asleep sick. I communicated with the bar to let the child rest for a while and check out later. The bar lady did not say anything. After communicating with the manager, the check-out time was extended to 14 o'clock. Although the check-out was finally checked out on time, the whole family was also moved by the attitude of the front desk lady to actively help the residents solve problems. The washing machine has been running continuously, and the shed is full of snow-white sheets.
