Traveling with two kids in Xinjiang, this was one of many hotels we stayed in, and when my children couldn't wake up in time for breakfast, the front desk lady was so considerate. She proactively offered to pack a breakfast bag for the kids to eat in the car. I thought that was a really humane service! The laundry service was also very nice; they washed, dried, and returned our clothes to the room. Plus, their luggage storage service was excellent – they stored our bags very well and professionally, even using special luggage tags to prevent mix-ups. [Love]"

"I have lived in many hotels in Kuitun, and this newly opened Liyi Hotel has the best experience! The location is right next to Huoma Lane, and it is super convenient to travel and eat. The rooms are spacious and bright, decorated in style and impeccable hygiene. The most satisfying is the mousse mattress and goose down quilt, the comfort is full, the sound insulation is also very good, and the night is good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, there are robots to deliver goods, and the sense of technology is full. They were super efficient with the check-in process, their fingers flying across the keyboard like magic. Later, I forgot my room card, and even though they were clearly swamped with phone calls – I could hear how busy they were – they still helped me get a new one immediately and incredibly quickly, without a hint of annoyance. In the early hours, they even washed and dried my clothes for me. I woke up to find them already hanging on my door, and judging by the minimal wrinkles, they must have been taken out of the dryer right away. This kind of meticulous service is truly heartwarming... I really hope your leadership sees this review, because you both deserve recognition! ✌️"

"This was my first night in Xinjiang and my first time staying at a Mercure hotel, part of the Huazhu Group, and I was very satisfied. The hotel has its own courtyard, making parking convenient and secure. There are slow charging stations behind the hotel; although they're not managed by the hotel, when we encountered an issue with a pre-charge not being refunded, the hotel still helped us find the charging station's customer service number. Their service was excellent. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the front desk was staffed by beautifully dressed Xinjiang women, which was quite impressive."

Dining at the hotel was excellent. The dishes were varied and delicious, and the dining area was clean and tidy. The entire hotel feels newly renovated, and our room was spotless from the moment we walked in. Housekeeping was meticulous; even the corners were dust-free.

Can't find any faults, clean and tidy, air conditioning and heating are sufficient, you can take a comfortable shower and sleep. During the trip, as long as you can stay in the city and choose this kind of chain hotel, you will try to choose this one. I want to come back to stay on the return trip, but I really can't drive to Kuitun. In addition, the breakfast is very rich.

Guest UserSaw this hotel on Trip.com, advertised as opening in 2026, so I decided to give it a try – and overall, the experience was great! The hotel is very easy to find and even has charging stations. There's an Yimaxiang Night Market nearby with all sorts of food and small goods, definitely recommend checking it out. The charging stations are super convenient if you're renting a car or driving yourself. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff (the 'xiaoge' and 'xiaojie' – young men and women) were very enthusiastic and always ready to help with any questions. This was my first time staying here, and after circling Sayram Lake, visiting Yili, and driving the Duku Highway, I chose to stay here again – a testament to how much I liked it. Highly recommended!

Originally booked a different hotel, later considered that it was convenient to change the whole season from the place to eat. The young lady Wang who greeted her was very enthusiastic and the voice was very good, because we didn’t eat spicy and recommended nearby restaurants to us. Originally, I was very tired after a day of car ride today, but because the check-in experience was very good, I felt resurrected again! Thank you very much for Miss Wang's enthusiastic service! Go back and recommend friends in Taiwan to choose the whole season!

Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~
The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore.

This stay experience is very satisfactory!
The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.

When I went to Kuitun, maybe it was the off-season in winter, so hotel rates were not high. I changed hotels every day. The previous hotels I stayed in either had poor soundproofing or small rooms. Some of the storefronts look very high-end. The internal equipment and facilities are seriously aging and it is unbearable to look at. Their hotel facilities should have been installed not long ago. Quite new. This hotel is a good choice for both business and tourism trips. It has a good value for money, convenient transportation, and you can take a Didi when you go out. There are restaurants downstairs, which are all very convenient. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, the service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room has good lighting. Because you live on the 25th floor, you can see the panoramic view of Kuitun when you open the curtains, and you have a feeling of looking down on the world. The room is also very quiet, the soundproofing is OK, I will come here often, I hope it will get better and better

Playing League of Legends was super smooth, and the mouse provided was really comfortable for gaming. Both the PC setup and the cleanliness of the environment were great. The room even had a fridge, perfect for a cold drink while gaming! The ladies at the front desk were adorable and their service was attentive and enthusiastic ❤️! The location is fantastic, making it the best choice for a trip.

It was almost empty (Fortunately, the manager was very good). The corn was not fully heated. The center was iced. She had been helping to heat it twice in the microwave oven. 3. The power outage in the middle of the night on the night of the stay, and the call was not made until 9:00 the next morning (really woke up in the middle of the night)
