"The service was excellent. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel as it was just a stopover, but I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The room itself was quiet, clean, and tidy. Its location is also very convenient; it's a 40-minute drive to Dushanzi and the starting point of the Duku Highway, making it a great place for a temporary stay. There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, as well as a supermarket, which is perfect for self-driving travelers to restock supplies."

"This has to be the cheapest Mercure I've ever stayed at! As a new hotel, the facilities are brand new, and the parking lot is huge. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly welcoming; they offered hot water the moment I approached the counter. Check-in was super fast, they explained everything thoroughly, and even escorted me to my room. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a large screen TV, and in the morning, they delivered complimentary fruit and yogurt to the room. The bedding was comfortable too. Staying during the off-season definitely makes it an unbeatable value for money. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options."

Everyone was very impressed with our stay at Homeinn Plus Kuytun starting from efficient and friendly staff, sparkling clean room with comfortable beds and good quality pillows.
Location wise is perfect for traveling along North Xinjiang because it is very close to Dushanzi and we took their advice to find a very nice Sichuan restaurant nearby so walking back and forth is just easy and comfortable.
Breakfast was one of the highlights filled with sumptuous varieties and healthy offerings
Even we stay only one day on the way back to Urumqi, we throughly enjoyed our stay there."

The technician ran downstairs twice, and finally we changed to a suitable room. I like their enthusiastic service, not afraid of trouble, and their service spirit of considering customers."

CaipiaozhongdajiangFacilities: This newly opened hotel is fully equipped with a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast is abundant. It's a top choice for those visiting Duku, offering great value for money. We came during the Eid al-Adha holiday for a stroll, but Duku wasn't open yet.
Cleanliness: Very good, the room is spacious enough, and the bed is large.
Environment: Relatively quiet, and the room has no unpleasant odors. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Downstairs, there's a beef noodle restaurant and a snack shop, and about 400 meters away, there's a Xinjiang restaurant. Across the street is Youhao shopping mall, and in the evening, there's a small night market at the intersection. For tourists from out of town, this is an ideal location.
Service: For Xinjiang standards, the service is already quite good, and Kuitun has many hotels. If they continue to improve their service, they will surely attract more tourists.

Self-driving tour in Xinjiang, taking the Yili Loop, the first stop is Kuitun. Search the hotel on Ctrip, the newly opened Starway is not far from the highway! The hotel facilities are new, clean and elegant, and the service is warm! The zero-pressure room type I stayed in has very comfortable bedding. It is very important to have a good sleep when you are away from home. Although the hotel breakfast is simple, the variety is quite rich. The bowl of noodles at Starway must be praised. It warms the stomach and is light in the morning. Recommended! Such an affordable price, the best choice, looking forward to staying next time!

Originally booked a different hotel, later considered that it was convenient to change the whole season from the place to eat. The young lady Wang who greeted her was very enthusiastic and the voice was very good, because we didn’t eat spicy and recommended nearby restaurants to us. Originally, I was very tired after a day of car ride today, but because the check-in experience was very good, I felt resurrected again! Thank you very much for Miss Wang's enthusiastic service! Go back and recommend friends in Taiwan to choose the whole season!

It was easy to find it after following the navigation. It seemed that there was a relatively prosperous commercial street nearby, and it was very lively even at 10:30 pm. After completing the accommodation procedures on the second floor, we arrived on the 25th floor. Thank you to the hotel for upgrading our ordinary parent-child room to a suite. Enter the bathroom on the left hand side of the room, with wet and dry separation, smart toilet, and a wardrobe on the right. Going inside is the living room with a TV, sofa and coffee table. The windows are large and overlook the night view of Kuitun. Unfortunately, it would be better if the glass could be wiped clean. . The bedroom has plenty of space, with two beds, one large and one small, a TV, a storage cabinet, a small coffee table and two soft stools. It is recommended to add a place to hang clothes next to the bed. The central air-conditioning in the room works very well, the airflow is smooth, and the bedding is very clean. As soon as you enter the room, there is a smell of linen with a slight smell of detergent, which is very reassuring. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit soft and could be improved. Overall very satisfied.

Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~
The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore.
It was a fantastic experience~

This stay experience is very satisfactory!
The hotel enjoys a prime location, convenient transportation, and is surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is efficient and fast.
The room is spacious and bright, with exquisite decoration, soft and comfortable bedding, good hygiene details, dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and sufficient and stable hot water.
The soundproofing is very good and it is very quiet to rest at night. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and tastes delicious.
The Wi-Fi signal is strong, which is convenient for work and leisure.
The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, I will definitely choose here next time! Highly recommended!
