"This was my first time staying at this American-branded hotel chain. The decor is elegantly black and white, and even with all the lights on, the room still felt dark. The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. Because I was in a hurry, I contacted the hotel early to check in and enjoy an early breakfast. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious. Unexpectedly for a foreign hotel, the coffee machine didn't work. The self-service laundry room was nice, with two washers and dryers, which was quite convenient. The hotel also offers both underground and above-ground parking, which was quite convenient. A few details: the three-part bathroom was very convenient, but the faucet at the shampoo station was a bit fiddly to use. Also, the hotel's hallway lights were wobbly, and walking side by side, they could easily bump into each other, which was quite awkward."

"Disposable slippers have thick soles, they are not lame when walking, and the anti-slip effect is good. There is a rest sofa in the lobby. You can sit and wait when you check in. You don't have to stand in line. The experience is good. The overall price is super high. As a budget hotel, the service, sanitation and facilities are far more than expected. I will stay here next time. The sound insulation effect of the room exceeded expectations. I couldn't hear the sound of the corridor when I closed the door. I slept very peacefully at night and was not disturbed at all. The trash can is of the right size, and the daily garbage can be loaded without frequent garbage disposal. The room was clean and the front desk service was very warm. Any problems would be solved, which was great. There is a fragrance system in the hotel lobby, the fragrance is elegant and not pungent, and it smells very comfortable. The bathroom is completely separated from wet and dry, and the shower area does not accumulate water on the ground."

"The hotel is new, and the initial odor control was excellent; there was practically no smell left. The room facilities were also quite good.
Positive points:
1. The Wi-Fi speed was fast, which was definitely a plus.
2. The shower and sink had hot water instantly, which is commendable 👍 (though the water circuit design was thoughtful).
3. The refrigerator had Coke, Sprite, and bottled water (unfortunately, it wasn't cold and wasn't turned on).
Negative points:
1. Small details weren't handled well; the sink mirror wasn't securely fixed and could easily fall off.
2. The breakfast wasn't worth the 200+ yuan price tag. The steamed food wasn't hot enough, and the various fried rice dishes looked dark and unappetizing. I was forced to eat some rice noodles (too few choices).
Suggestions:
1. There were no disposable toilet seat covers (or disinfectant wipes).
2. There was only one tissue box, which was too few (one at the sink would be more convenient).
3. The refrigerator should be kept running continuously.
Overall, for a newly opened hotel, it's acceptable."

We have three rooms, and they arranged us on the same floor and gave us an upgrade. Thank you to the front desk lady 👧. We also gave us a ceramic cup when we left the store! ! The hotel breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the soundproofing of the guest rooms is a little poor, but overall it is very good!

And there are many small restaurants to choose from within walking distance around the hotel, and eating is not a problem. The rooms are fully equipped and the hotel style is quite special. The color of the public area is relatively dark. There are several compartments on the first floor that can be provided to guests as a rest or reception room, and there is a gym, but it seems that the usage rate is very low. AAMMRIT PHANMUANGI used my holiday trip in Liling city with Lotus hotel where I located not far from center of Liling city and the hotel have full facilities. And the room is so big for rest with appropriated proportions. The lotus hotel is so clean. Moreover, staff team is so kind and friendly for all guests especially foreigners are warmly welcomed from them. They tried to suggest everything for you living in here and solve the problem from guests with smoothly process. Lotus hotel will be admitted in my mind when I missing Liling city🥹🥹. I not sure yet, I would be comeback to Liling again or not. If I back to Liling again in the future( as I can/ as the opportunity will happen 🥹) I would be to choose Lotus hotel again.

There are many hotels around the yard, so parking may be a little inconvenient, but fortunately, you can stop on the road outside without charge. The whole 8th floor is a hotel. I walked around the whole time. The environment was great, the price was cheap, and the owner was very nice. If you had any questions, just ask. I spent two days there. Actually, I only visited the Dripping Cave, the former residence, and it was worth visiting the square. One day was a bit rushed, but two days was quite relaxing. They also provided free laundry. If you come to visit, you can choose this hotel.
