Last night, when I went to the front desk, a drunk man was surrounding two girls checking in. The receptionist immediately read out their room number, 5XX. There was no protection of customer privacy, especially since I and the drunk man were nearby.
Secondly, I called the front desk to bring two bottles of water. The receptionist said, ”You're in room XX, and your name is XX, right?” They just said their name outright. With so many people coming and going at the front desk… what if someone overheard this? Who would be responsible?
Women traveling alone in an unfamiliar city need to be more careful… I hope you can improve training in this area."

The room I stayed in this time was really satisfying. As soon as I entered the door, I felt clean and bright. The sheets and quilts were clean and there was no smell. The floor and bathroom were also polished. It was seen that the cleaning was very careful.

The breakfast category is average. The tableware disinfection cabinet is useless. The tableware inside is wet. And the restaurant is next to the bathroom, giving people a very poor experience. There is an elevator in the hotel, and the waiting time for going up and down is too long. Hotel parking is free, but guests need to add hotel WeChat at the front desk first, then go to the parking lot to drive to the exit and pay the parking fee, will pay the fee to the hotel screenshot, and then the hotel through WeChat payment to the guests, people feel very inconvenient.
