"First, I want to say that the service and environment of the establishment were excellent. Secondly, I didn't mention that I was a reviewer for the InterContinental Hotel. However, the service was excellent for everyone. Here are my suggestions:
Facilities: The toilet had no water. There was no water to flush after using the toilet. I suggest the establishment repair this.
Cleanliness: The cleaning lady may not have been thorough enough. The light switches were covered in dust.
Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine.
Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage.
My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

"The hostel is very well located at walking distance from Litang’s sightseeing area
Beds are comfortable (8 female dorm) albeit with thin sleeping mats, there is a light and an international socket, the curtains allow for good privacy. There are no lockers so the room can get crammed
I had the feeling the room had not been cleaned recently and my bedsheets did not feel freshly washed
The squat toilets had no water for flushing during the night and were in a pretty bad condition in the morning (but maybe there was a technical issue as later in the day the water was back)
The adjoining Route 318 Museum (free) is very interesting, don’t miss it"

"We had a really lovely stay at this hotel in Litang. The service was truly amazing — the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from arranging transportation to helping us find food. In the evenings, they even served us tea and snacks like nuts, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.
The only downsides were related to comfort and facilities. The room was quite cold, and unfortunately the heater didn’t warm it up enough, so we felt cold during our stay. In addition, there wasn’t a dryer available, which meant we had to leave with our clothes still wet.
That said, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out and made the experience special."

"The rooms are impressively spacious and modern. A significant plus is the in-room oxygen supply, which ensured our family had a comfortable night's sleep, waking up refreshed.
As a new hotel, the rooms were impeccably clean.
There's ongoing road construction at the hotel entrance, but parking was still ample. The hotel also offers EV charging stations at the back, though they were somewhat limited. We found it quite convenient to charge our car at a nearby location after driving out.
The hotel provides dry cleaning and robot food delivery. The front desk staff were very prompt in their responses, and even offered us complimentary coffee when we checked out the next day. An additional highlight was the beautiful view from the 6th-floor restaurant."

"This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! The entrance may be small, but inside it's like a different world, full of ******* charm. It's a very famous guesthouse in Litang (Ding Zhen even stayed here for 3 months!).
The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. Although their Mandarin with a ******* accent requires a bit of guesswork, it doesn't hinder communication at all. The landlady even personally made us Zamba for breakfast, which was so fragrant and had a lovely sesame flavor!
The owner called us beforehand to explain the self-driving route and even came out to help with our luggage (when you're experiencing altitude sickness, you really can't do anything yourself), so thoughtful!
The room size is sufficient, and more importantly, it's fully equipped! An oxygen concentrator (a lifesaver!), humidifier, floor heating, electric blanket – everything you could need! Excellent! It's perfect for travelers worried about altitude sickness.
The bathroom is a bit basic, but considering the high altitude in Litang, it's generally not recommended to shower or wash your hair, so basic is fine. The oxygen concentrator is definitely more important!"

Lovely homestay and very friendly and helpful family.
The budget room is basic. The bed was kinda hard.
Near the homestay you can find some shops and restaurants. A walk to the center of town is about 15-20minutes.
Negative
The homestay is a bit hard to find. It's in a street behind the main street.
The shared bathroom could be cleaner and have some more facilities for when taking a shower (like hooks to hang your clothes). There was no soap at the sink. Toiletpaper was lacking quite often.
There is no showerhead so if you want to take a shower, you need to fill the rainbarrel with hot water and use a big spoon to pour the water over you. It's a bit of a hassle when you want to take a shower.
Wifi was available, but it was a very slow connection."

GGuest UserI saw great reviews for this guesthouse online, so I booked it to try it out, and it truly is excellent value for money! It's off-season now, so breakfast isn't usually provided, but the owners are so welcoming they still asked if I needed breakfast, and said they'd offer it for free if I did! The room facilities are very complete; there's an oxygen machine, so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness at all. The owner also very thoughtfully recommends local Litang delicacies and travel tips. Essentially, if you choose this guesthouse, you don't need to plan anything yourself; the owner has already prepared everything. You can just come without a worry. If you have any questions, just contact the owner, and they will respond enthusiastically and proactively. I'll definitely be back in the summer! Oh, and in the lobby, there's a guitar, a sound system, and an electric piano. If you play an instrument, your experience here will be even better! You can sit by the fire, play music, and sing – it's incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

FFaxianlvxingdesecaiOverall, the facilities and service were subpar; it was the worst experience of all the stays I've had. The staff were chewing gum and not actively offering service. They only gave perfunctory answers to questions. The room was freezing cold when I entered, so I asked a staff member to come upstairs and turn on the underfloor heating. I woke up freezing in the middle of the night, only to find the floor was lukewarm when I touched it. I ended up sleeping until 6:30 AM wearing my coat. Speechless!

GGuest UserVery good location and nice rooms. We even came back after our first stay and received a discounted price for one of their biggest rooms. The receptionists even helped us to organize transportation to Yading. Unluckily the common area is a bit smelly as they keep two dogs in there. We therefore did not have breakfast with them but bought some food in the city.

2) the size of room is big compared to what I paid.
3) the bathroom is separate wet and dry areas

The proprietress is very good. Seeing that we are cold, we are afraid that we will directly plug the hot tea oxygen generator without saying anything. We have ～ moved 🥹🥹 and electric blankets. The week here is very comfortable. ～ The burger and butter latte of the homestay are forced! ! ! There are a lot of meat stuffing, and the butter latte is very delicate. It is not comfortable to have a cup in this day.

RRudieHKComfortable hotel in remote town. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean with stylish rooms. The staff are very friendly, though some are a bit too casual (e.g. smoking while setting up the breakfast buffet). I stayed here twice as did my friend and on each occasion our rooms were missing things that they had on other occasions...e.g. mineral water, toiletries, humidifiers. Some of the lights in the room are sensor activated and came on several times during the night. Also, on one occasion the power went out for almost an hour. I would stay again though. This region has developed very fast and its impressive that this standard of hotel exists here already. I'm sure the little glitches will occur in other Litang hotels too. The food in the 8F cafe was very good and great value.

GGuest UserThe owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

DDaSongjiangshanThe facilities are excellent, and the service is great. Oxygen is provided in the room from 5:30 PM to 8:00 AM every night, which was very comfortable, and I didn't experience altitude sickness. The room has heating, and the intensity is adjustable. The hotel is at an altitude of nearly 4000 meters. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the environment is superb. There is a Tesla Supercharger available! However, the oxygen supply is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

The room's a spacious and the beds are very comfy with beautiful views of the mountains. pluse great amenities. we would have preferred reusable towels for environmental reason. But that's our personal preference. All the staff, Mr chen and the Jojo,s were extreamy generous with the time and knoledge of the area and futher afield. there is a
friendly and warm atmostphere that made us feel welcomed and the food was delicious.
we will definitely be coming back. thank you!
