There were only a few choices available, and the menu did not vary much from day to day. While the food quality was acceptable, I expected more variety for the price and standard of the hotel. Overall, it was still a decent stay, especially for short trips, but improving the breakfast options would make the experience much better"

"We were upgraded to a Zen twin room for free. It is located in the villa area. The room is clean and spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and there is a large terrace. We ordered barbecue in the evening and it was delivered to the room. It was very nice. The hot spring is as good as always. We come here almost every year. There are also hiking trails. It is a one-stop vacation."

The room is no different from the picture. It is very spacious, but the facilities are a bit general. The lights are very dim. We have set this room type. The toilet does not even have a faucet.
