"Before check-in, I was notified by phone that I had been upgraded to a villa suite. However, upon arrival, I found that the view was significantly worse than the standard room on the third floor that I had booked. Also, there was no underfloor heating in the living room, only in the bedroom area. The bedroom and living room were connected without a door, and my two friends who were traveling with me felt very cold (it snowed heavily that day, see video). They even had to bring extra blankets and a heater. It felt like the room upgrade was just to make room for others, as the villa suite was practically empty."

The most romantic hotel I have ever stayed in! The clouds are reflected on the glass and wrap the whole house! The flowers in the yard are beautiful and are in the sea of flowers. The row of old and peach trees behind, the staggered branches, very similar to the magic forest!

This time I came to Tibet by car with my friends. The friend recommended to stay in the seclusion. I didn’t choose the wrong one. Living in the seclusion is the most memorable day of this trip. The whole hotel is exquisitely designed, warm, very clean, the toilet is smart, and the service is very good. Give us a free upgrade room type, I feel like going home. I heard that it has been in business for six years, but there is no sense of oldness. I see the boss and maintain it with ulterior motives. I highly recommend it to friends who come to Nyingchi.

I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise. 👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!). 💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available. 🥞 The breakfast selection was very rich and satisfying every morning. The sweet tea was delicious, and the stone pot chicken for lunch was also quite good. I've already recommended it to friends and hope to stay here again if I ever return to Nyingchi.💖

My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset. The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. The hotel is in the scenic area and it is very convenient to drive there. The scenery is just outside the window: the Lulang forest in the distance and the herds of cattle and sheep nearby are all displayed before your eyes. Although it was still a bit cold when I went there in early April, I experienced the warm ******* home visits and the tranquil alpine pastoral scenery. The proprietress warmly invited us to drink butter tea, eat homemade snacks, and introduced the place to us. Some of the scenic spots outside were a rip-off. They first asked us for tickets, and when they knew we were staying in the scenic area, they said we could get free tickets. But they still charged us 10 yuan to drive in, which was for ranch maintenance. There was no receipt, and it felt like he was charging exorbitant fees.

It was a bit beyond my expectation. I didn't expect that I could stay in such a good hotel at this price. The hotel is quite big and has complete facilities. There is a washing machine with a dryer on the first floor, which is just right for washing the dirty clothes from the previous few days. It is really practical. The room felt very clean and spacious, and there was an oxygen concentrator in the room. The most thoughtful thing is that there is body lotion on the sink. My skin was so dry after staying here for a few days, so I used it right away. The restaurant on the sixth floor is very unique. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the snow-capped mountains opposite while having breakfast in the morning. There is also a celebrity helicopter check-in point outside the restaurant, a starry sky restaurant, and a rooftop swimming pool (it feels like no one goes there because it's too cold). I arrived early yesterday and went to the gym for a short run. The weather was good, so I ran while looking at the scenery outside the window. The only downside is that there is no travel guide at the front desk, so you have to do your own research.
