"Before check-in, I was notified by phone that I had been upgraded to a villa suite. However, upon arrival, I found that the view was significantly worse than the standard room on the third floor that I had booked. Also, there was no underfloor heating in the living room, only in the bedroom area. The bedroom and living room were connected without a door, and my two friends who were traveling with me felt very cold (it snowed heavily that day, see video). They even had to bring extra blankets and a heater. It felt like the room upgrade was just to make room for others, as the villa suite was practically empty."

It is said that it was originally a villa where the boss lived, and then it was made into a homestay! I highly recommend everyone to live! The breakfast is also very good, exquisite and rich! One thing that needs to be complained is that it may not be thought about when the decoration was made. There is a socket on the bedside, which is not very convenient. Fortunately, the room is equipped with a wiring board. Because it is a wooden board, it may be difficult to improve later, which is a pity. I had a very comfortable three-night, four-day stay at the Nyingchi Crown Plaza, which was truly an unexpected highlight of my Tibet trip. I simply have to give them genuine praise. 👍 First, the service was incredibly thoughtful. We were greeted with a welcome dance upon arrival, and every evening we received a complimentary 'goodnight' drink and fruit. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and they even helped fold clothes and wash socks (which I was so grateful for!). 💐 The hotel's decor and aesthetics are wonderful; both the lobby and rooms are spacious and beautiful. Our room had a view of the snow-capped mountains, and there were free ******* incense making classes and afternoon tea experiences available. 🥞 The breakfast selection was very rich and satisfying every morning. The sweet tea was delicious, and the stone pot chicken for lunch was also quite good. I've already recommended it to friends and hope to stay here again if I ever return to Nyingchi.💖

Half an hour later, we went out to work. On the way, we received a call from the hotel to ask if we had altitude sickness. It turned out that the hotel staff asked for oxygen cylinders because we checked in. The hotel is in the scenic area and it is very convenient to drive there. The scenery is just outside the window: the Lulang forest in the distance and the herds of cattle and sheep nearby are all displayed before your eyes. Although it was still a bit cold when I went there in early April, I experienced the warm ******* home visits and the tranquil alpine pastoral scenery. The proprietress warmly invited us to drink butter tea, eat homemade snacks, and introduced the place to us. Some of the scenic spots outside were a rip-off. They first asked us for tickets, and when they knew we were staying in the scenic area, they said we could get free tickets. But they still charged us 10 yuan to drive in, which was for ranch maintenance. There was no receipt, and it felt like he was charging exorbitant fees.

The next day, we changed a room close to the cliff. The hot water was normal. There was no problem with two people washing their hair and bathing. The view of the whole hotel is very good. My Snow Mountain Lake View Suite had floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, offering a direct view of the sacred Basongcuo Lake. The water was like a mirror, reflecting the snow-capped mountains, and the morning light pierced through the clouds, painting the lake surface like a moving masterpiece unfolding right outside my window. The hotel's private pier lay peacefully by the lake, providing exclusive, undisturbed views of the stunning sunrise and sunset. The ******* butler offered hot ginger tea and a Hada, which felt like a genuine welcome, not just a formality. An oxygen concentrator was promptly delivered to my room, instantly easing my altitude sickness worries. The rich ******* breakfast in the morning, paired with a heartwarming tremella soup in the evening, showed thoughtful attention to every detail. The entire room had comfortable floor heating, and the latex mattress provided excellent sleep. Outside, the starry sky and morning mist alternated, making even breathing feel lighter. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary for the soul amidst the ******* mountains and waters.

The hotel surroundings are beautiful, and you can see snow-capped mountains right from your window 🏔️. The staff were also very helpful, assisting with luggage throughout our stay 🧳. We even got a free airport pick-up and an extra drop-off service, which was a pleasant surprise. It's really hard to find satisfying food in Tibet, but the breakfast at this hotel was surprisingly delicious!
