"The Holiday Inn Express Pyeongchang is truly remarkable among all the Holiday Inn Express hotels I've stayed at. Judging by the decor and room size alone, it's a member of the Indigo brand, perhaps due to its location in the small county of Pyeongchang. The service was exceptional. Upon check-in, I casually asked if there was sparkling water as a welcome drink and was told no. The hotel actually made me a special drink and sent it to my room. I was so touched. The breakfast was also very generous, and the quality of the dishes was exceptional, far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels."

Hotel interior environment elegant, complete supporting facilities, for the vast number of guests to provide comfortable, concise, warm living space.
"The toilet in the room is a bit offensive because the price is cheap and it is not very picky. There is a parking place at the door. The boss is very enthusiastic and recommends a place to eat. The room is quite small and you can put down a bed."

"The environment room and service are very satisfactory. There are a few shortcomings that need to be improved. The hot water problem at night caused four rooms to have no hot water, and the water was yellow. It was a bit embarrassing that there was no bath that night. The hot water came the next morning. This should be a hardware problem. And there was no response to this the next day. Sound insulation is a big problem, and the child next door has been noisy until late at night."

Guest UserFacilities: The hotel facilities are quite complete, the decoration time is long, the facilities are old, the shower room, the space is small, and the water is slow.
Hygiene: It's okay to do it for a living, it's quite satisfactory, but there is a smell in the room.
Environment: The environment is average, the hotel is in the vegetable market, a bit noisy in the morning.
Service: The service is average. I left the room on the fourth floor at 6 o'clock in the morning. At noon, the front desk called me to ask if I wanted to continue my stay. I don't know how you communicated.

The room originally booked can be arranged on the 9-12 floor. Because I said that it was the doll's college entrance examination, the hotel staff finally arranged the 13th floor. Give the doll a very quiet accommodation environment. Very grateful, I wish business prosperity. Ctrip customer service Xiaoyou students are also very good, have been helping to communicate. The boss wants to add chicken legs 🍗

Hotel location is good, very convenient from the snack street station! I saw that there were bad comments on the Internet before, and I didn't dare to decide. After experiencing it in person, I felt that the price was very high! The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, the people are kind, and any problems can be solved in time. I will choose this one next time I travel!
