"The room facilities and sanitation are very good, but the attitude of the front desk is really hard to say. I don’t know what the name is. A very thin-faced young lady with a little long face. After I asked if I could return after renewing the room and continue the request for a few hours, I often expressed dissatisfaction on the phone. I recognized that the problems I raised and the problems I needed to solve were not difficult and within your responsibility, and the communication was unsuccessful two or three times. I kept saying that she was going to ask the leader and ask who and who to ask for instructions. I would like to ask that first of all, I renewed the room on the App by myself, and I applied for a renewal in the morning. At noon, the itinerary temporarily changed without renewing the room. "Newly opened this year, clean, new, smart whole house. The aisle is large, with light music playing, and sound insulation is OK. The front desk lady took the initiative to help me upgrade the room, which was very powerful! The second was to return to the store after nine o'clock, called the front desk to help wash the clothes, helped me get the dirty clothes basket, the next day, the little brother sent back the clean clothes at the door early in the morning, and also brought a faint fragrance, which was very moving and found a feeling of family. Also, the parking lot is worry-free, and the front is along the river road, and you can take a walk at night. The reading corner on the first floor and the lobby are very warm!
