"The one-night, two-day stay at Club Med Heilongtan left a wonderful impression on all of us. The hotel is very new and clean, and there are so many activities that even without the all-inclusive package, you'll find plenty to do – you'll just wish you had more time. A pleasant surprise was finding the Zhu Guangyu hot pot restaurant inside the hotel, which is truly the best alternative to the buffet.
The GOs were very enthusiastic and provided excellent service! I'd like to extend a special thanks to our dedicated butler, Vivi! My child was scratched by a sign at the front desk, and upon hearing about it, Vivi not only brought antiseptic supplies but also upgraded us to the all-inclusive package, allowing the child to enjoy all activities, and even gave us a complimentary teddy bear and late check-out. It was incredibly thoughtful!
It was a delightful surprise to run into Amir and Carlos, GOs we had met previously at Club Med Lijiang. We recognized each other immediately and greeted each other like old friends. This is the unique warmth that Club Med offers, making it feel like coming home. With a Club Med so close to home, there's no reason not to visit frequently!"

"The room offered a fantastic view, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the serene Heilongtan Lake. The mountains and water in the morning mist were picturesque. The bedding met InterContinental's usual high standards, though some furniture showed slight wear (e.g., a lightly scuffed sofa). The family room with its small tent and children's amenities was a thoughtful touch, but the soundproofing was a bit weak, as footsteps from the corridor could be heard.
The front desk service was efficient, completing check-in in just 10 minutes and proactively upgrading us to a lake view room. Housekeeping was responsive, and the turndown service was meticulous (they even posed our child's doll).
The buffet breakfast at the Lobby Tree Western Restaurant offered a wide variety of options, including local specialty fish hotpot.
Leisure facilities included activities like Baduanjin, rice paddy fishing, and stretching yoga. The over 2000㎡ water park was a highlight, with its thoughtful heated children's slides, though the water temperature in some of the massage pools was inconsistent."

"This was my first time at the Indigo Hotel in Heilongtan. Upon arrival, I immediately felt that signature Indigo style, which is consistent with other Indigo hotels I've stayed at – my family really likes it.
The staff provided excellent service, and we had a dedicated room butler who responded to every request instantly. Our room was upgraded, which was a nice touch. The architecture in the courtyard is truly unique and beautiful, perfect for taking photos. It would have been even better if the weather had been a bit cooler.
The Indigo breakfast is served at the InterContinental Hotel, which is also where the Paradise Island Water Park is located, along with all the family activities. The Indigo itself is very quiet, primarily designed for relaxation with no entertainment facilities. It's ideal for those who prefer a peaceful environment.
To get to the InterContinental, you basically take a shuttle bus. You can arrange for the front desk or your butler to book it for you in advance before heading downstairs, which is very convenient.
Overall, this hotel left a fantastic impression. The service was top-notch, and they really went out of their way to ensure guests were satisfied. I'll definitely consider staying here again in the future!"

Guest UserWe participated in the Renshou Marathon's family run, and because there were no rooms available in the city center, we were forced to choose this place.
Unexpectedly, the environment here is tranquil, adjacent to Heilongtan (Black Dragon Pool), with the elegant charm of a manor villa – a great place to escape the summer tax rush.
The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small, although the balcony is large. The hot water supply in the bathroom was problematic; there was no hot water after 10 PM, and we waited for two hours without being able to shower. The hot water supply system needs improvement!

The only two are not satisfied, one is the socket, my God, all the sockets in the sleep area are loose, plug it in, or the plug is loose and the plug is directly dropped, or the contact is poor, plug it in for a second and it will not be powered up, so I used the charging treasure to make do with it for one night. I don't quite understand why the socket can be loose in a large area. There is also the quality of the hair dryer is too bad. It will be hot after blowing for a few minutes.
