"The room size and facilities were faultless. It came with a balcony, which was great for drying clothes and ventilation – a thoughtful feature, as expected from a Guangdong-based hotel brand. The in-room amenities were also excellent. While breakfast was lavish, I was quite disappointed with dinner, and it wasn't the taste that was the problem. The service was incredibly slow; it was clear there wasn't enough staff during the peak season. This isn't a reflection on the service personnel, but rather a systemic issue with your Kande Group. All guests were left waiting. Your Dongguan branch would never have this kind of problem (otherwise, regulars like us would have already given them an earful!). I truly hope the group pays more attention to this hotel and avoids disheartening its Guangdong guests."

"The sanitation is very good. When I first arrived, I was amazed. I can see that the front and back of the house are carefully decorated. The whole is very literary. After I check in, there is a whole bookcase to read. The landlord was very polite and took the kiwi fruit grown in his own home to us to eat in the evening. You can ask him if you have any needs.
The only downside is that the landlady ****, her voice is relatively large, and she wakes up our baby as soon as she speaks in the living room, which is very embarrassing. And people are still relatively awkward. After a while, they said that the kiwi fruit was bought for us. After a while, they said that they were planted and sold by their own home. Anyway, they had to charge me 20 yuan. Fortunately, the landlord kept saying that he gave us free of charge, and then the money was not paid.

There is a hallway at the entrance, which is very convenient for putting clothes. The room is quite spacious and square. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the forest directly. Below is the swimming pool. The view is first-class. The entrance to the bathroom is reasonably set up, unlike most hotels that face the bed. The inside is spacious and square, and the bathroom facilities are smart and complete. The TV screen in the room is large enough and the sofas and stools are reasonably set. The restaurant room has a terrace and faces Xiangxi. The chef's food was the two best meals I had during my four-day trip to Shennongjia, which satisfied my picky appetite. Will come again next time.

· The Views: Absolutely stunning, panoramic mountain views. We had a great view from both the room and also lounging out on the Sun decks under the umbrella.
· The Food: Incredible! Authentic local cuisine that was fresh and flavorful. We had a few special requests on the dishes and the staff happily made it happen. The price point is also great.
· The Service: The owner and his family are the heart of this place. So friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about his guests. The entire staff was also excellent and knowledgeable about the surroundings. They shared snacks, offered umbrellas, raincoats and arranged anything we needed before we even asked.
· The Design: The hotel is beautifully decorated with modern amenities and has been specced to the highest standards. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
The hotel is at a very convenient location and has ev charging which was very useful for self driving. I also saw them arranging pick ups/drop offs and arranging tours for other guests so every type of traveller is covered.
A truly memorable and wonderful hotel experience. We are already planning a trip back in a different season and would 100% only stay at this place.

GGuest UserThe location is in Muyu Town, from Muyu Bus Terminal, the place to eat is very close, and you can walk for a few minutes.
The room is small and the space to move is limited, but the end of the bed can also put two unfolding boxes.
The room and the room are very close, I was worried that it would be particularly noisy, but the sound insulation effect of the doors and windows is good, although there is still sound but much smaller. The mountain view and water view outside the window are particularly healing, and the facilities are all available.
The sanitation is also clean, the most praiseworthy thing is that the bed is very comfortable, the quilt is very soft, the pillow height is moderate, and the sleep is very comfortable these days.
The small terrace on the top of the building has a good view. This time I went to see it when I was about to leave. I regretted not having a drink on it. I regret that I will leave it to the next stay. I will choose here when I come to Shennongjia for tourism in the future.

Choosing the All Seasons Hotel was a truly wonderful choice for a summer getaway to Shennongjia! The mountains are naturally cool, and the room was even more comfortable—the air conditioning was perfectly adjusted, never freezing. Tucked away in bed, covered with a thin blanket, I slept soundly, completely free of the stuffy, irritating heat of a city summer night.
The room was immaculately clean, with a refreshing log-style decor. A glimpse of the mountain greenery outside the window brightened my mood every morning. The details were thoughtful too: the separate wet and dry areas in the washbasin provided quick hot water, and even the provided body lotion was incredibly moisturizing, leaving me feeling dry after a shower.
It was also convenient to go downstairs for breakfast, with the porridge, side dishes, and main course all served piping hot. After a satisfying meal, I was ready to explore the scenic area. The front desk staff also proactively reminded me of the significant temperature difference between morning and evening in the mountains and encouraged me to bring a light jacket, which was a heartwarming gesture.
My summer escape was truly enjoyable thanks to my comfortable stay! Next time I come to Shennongjia, I will definitely choose the all-season tour!
